Franz was known under another name, perhaps Simon or Basil would like to enlighten the people of what name he went under. And what he did under that name, perhaps then people would know the real reason on why he was removed. Furthermore, the Chivay Empire died after they removed their main supporters the Church of the True Faith to what might one ask? Most of your points are also falsehood, for example, the one about the college of Bishops unseating High Pontiffs this was, in fact, a law of the first Church, only your feeble dead cousin Franz when he was called “High whatever he was called” revoked that right. And by rights, it was returned when he was thrown out of the chair of the Papacy because of his utterly heretical laws he put in place.. For example, the one that says his SONS after him inherit the papacy. If that is not a reason for killing Franz, I do not know what is. Moreover the original church and traditions never stated that the High Pontiff is infallible this is a fabrication of your current Church. Furthermore infallibility of a High Pontiff is a joke to anyone and everyone a Church preaching that is a laughing stock based on history itself! Moreover you mock the Church's belief in the Horenic Bloodline being blissed by God by choosing them and favoring them over all others. Aurelius, Emperor of Man almost from the onset of his adulthood, he was thrust into the dredges of the political world. Tasked with re-establishing the primacy of humanity, it was never an easy life. He was opposed from the very beginning, only through sheer force he wrestled control of Adelburg from the decrepit Sixth Empire. Even with that success, it was through chance that he was able to acquire Marna from Frederick I. He waged relentless wars against his former enemies, consigning deaths to thousands of his fellow humans for supremacy. Even though he triumphed, establishing the most powerful nation on Atlas, breaks from his duties were few and far in between. Two wars against half the world later, he had established himself a truly great Emperor. He was ready to pass the torch.
Emperor Aurelius I Horen looked to the distance from upon a tower, looking over the buildings of Carolustadt and towards the original camp of Renatus. Around him, his family and the Imperial Court gathered.
His third son Tiberius stepped forward. “What is your will?”
Next, the judicious Dragon Knight Jan went to his side and asked a question in a whisper. “What comes next?”
“What shall happen to your Empire?” asked his grandson Cassius.
Augustus stood in silence.
His eyes felt heavy, and he felt the words were coming. They built up in his chest before escaping into the air.
“My Empire shall go to my grandson: Augustus.”
Aurelius turned away from the group and walked through a door and down the tower. He moved at a pace of his own choosing into the stables where he began to ready his demigryph for a long ride.
The Dragon Knights Jan and Carlovac flanked him, as they too readied their horses.
A few moments later, Aurelius and his faithful Knights rode out of the Palace Stables and into the City Square. Aurelius looked over his creation once again before nodding to the knights.
With Aurelius leading them, the trio rode through the gates of the Capital.
“I only know war and peace ill suits me. There is still much blood to be shed. Let us set out on this task of ours with good haste perhaps we shall meet a worthy death.” Came the words of Aurelius to his companions

We the Divine Emperor, Crowned by God, His holy regent upon this land, proclaim that with our divine especial grace, certain divine knowledge, and mere motion, cast out Siegmund from his High Pontificate; we strip him of all titles, properties, and honors. We proclaim him defunct and absent. We restrain him to a monastery to live out the rest of his life. Any resistance shall be meet with extreme force.
The Curia at their leisure may gather and elect a new High Pontiff. These are our divine commands.
[On false grounds Siegmund has cast Prince Cassius a hero of our recent war, the commander in all our battles against the pagans and heathens, to be anathema; he has thrown him out of the holy light and spat in the face of our heroes. This is done on baseless grounds, for an act sanctioned and permitted by our person for a raid against wayward humans not of our kin nor our kith. An attack on people that proclaim Kinghood falsely without our blessing, and not of our sacred unity. Siegmund did not weight the good that Prince Cassius has done for humanity, the destruction of the enemies of the Faith and Empire. He cast out a true faithful for the rats that live in Rosenyr. The claim that Monks and priests of the faith were killed during the attack, perhaps is truthful but how would a soldier of the Empire distinguish if they were men of our faith or some false clerics from Rosenyr. If any men of the cloth were killed then they were killed in a crossfire by accident, the Prince did not enter a church and start killing priest he was in foreign lands fighting a foreign foe. The hastily excommunication, without question or asking the Imperial Government or holding a court to see why and what happened exemplifies the state of uncaring that has been rotting in our church for sometime.]

Simply fact of the matter there are no Copies of the Scrolls, there is only one of each its a unique thing. Some of the Scrolls are not even within the grasp of the Church.
Priests do not get to read the Scrolls, they do not get to see the Scrolls at best a Priest would have access to transcripts written by High Pontiffs with quotes. They get what they are taught at “Priest teaching” or whatever you want to call it. For ease of access oocly you are given access to the OOC documents containing this info. IRP you would never have such a document at hand or ever see it in your life. There are a handful of people that have access to them one being the High Pontiff the Scroll of Owyn and the Scroll of Sigmund / The Patriarch of Horen family has the Scroll of Godfrey + The Scroll of Horen.
And the legal owners of the writing are here, myself being one of them.
And to the author you are mixing OOC and IRP. In IRP 99% of Humans, Priests included have no access to the Scrolls, just because you have access to a doc, does not qualify as you in RP having access to them.

The orcs will just reform elsewhere as always and Kaz’Ulrah will probably just close their gates in fear. What more do you want?
