I like the 4th idea but I'm skeptical about it being done, as implementation times of many grand ideas set by the team tend to drag on and on just because they are so busy.

I guess I can see where you're coming from. Really no one should be flipping in combat as it is illogical. Same reason MMA fighters never do flips.

A person wouldn’t be able to consistently do backflips in a safe manner.
No one can learn to flip in a day, week, month. It takes years and years and years of.
Personally I don't entirely agree with either of these statements. A trained acrobat only ever does tricks that they can consistently land safely. Also it's a misconception that a flip (any kind ie saults, handsprings etc) takes years to learn and needs heaps of leg power. If the learner has a decent straight jump (40cmish) a good teacher can teach a flip in 30 minutes, while technique can be refined within months.I agree though only rolling is really effective in any combat. ninjutsu is a good example of rolling in combat1 -

I just have one question- What stops the Gms from going out and roleplaying in regular areas? Why do they need a special tavern for it? I'm not against the idea entirely, it sounds like fun for events and just casual roleplay, but still, I'd rather see Gms role playing around Anthos rather than just in this tavern. I don't hate the idea, just my two cents.
Just from my experience running a tavern isn't very intensive, and allows time to just stand idly adding to the atmosphere while taverns are also 'easy roleplay', compared to actually going out and roleplaying which you usually should set at least an hour of uninterrupted time for.
I think it's a great idea for the Gm's to have a hub where they can still concentrate on whatever other busy things they do while still interacting with us the playerbase :) I look forward to drinking all your stocks of ale Ever.

Since when has abuse of soulstones even been an issue?
It's bannable. Not debatable.
I can't stand that. It's like giving a child half a chocolate bar, knowing they favor the piece you've got left.
Be happy with the chocolate that you have?

Back in my day we used to only have soulstones take us to our race capitals, meaning I had to TP to Kal'Urguan and hike it a thousand blocks or so to Alkazar. So be happy with you're fancy new soulstones and thank you Telanir

I'm guessing the virus pretty much keylogs everything you type into it, and then sends that through email to the culprit. As you haven't entered anything, I think you'll be okay. A scan couldn't hurt though, better safe than sorry.
I was just thinking that if they are like the one I found then virus scans wouldn't pick it up. Safest thing to do is stick with the normal client :)

Just curious are these actually 'viruses' as me and a mate pulled one of these clients apart and all it was was just a line of code that would send your details to an email account.

Curious George was exactly what I was thinking before you explained it :P and I agree with the goal doesn't have to be so straightforward. Pikel's goal was just to fight evil in anyway he could.

My golden rule for characters is always having a set goal they wish to achieve, whether this is becoming a warrior, travelling north, learning to ride a horse or create a library for all the literature of the world. Having this I believe could help stop your character just being a curious guy with only one trick " what's that? what's this? How does this work? Why you doing that?". Just my two cents on it :)

Amazing, curious will we be able to fish in regions we haven't perms to because I can't really go on a fishing expedition

Until then buy or trade for the ores floating around from people mining out on day one.

This happened to me but I just walked around for a bit and eventually it teleported me back to my spot.

Well for some reason my character threw his enchanted diamond sword of smiting overboard on our way to Asulon.
