What you have done is something far worse. you have allowed there is be a war goal to kill an entire nation or settlement. If you goal was to make it so people would not be forced to give up their persona's due unfair or unreasonable circumstances then you have utterly failed by making something much worse.

God forbid if the same stagnant nations we've had for 10 years take a tumble.

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Blood Magic

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Blood magic is a versatile sorcery most recently defined by the Enlightened Drake, Malghourn. Using age-old runes with innate meanings as lettering, blood mages author sentences and therein magic through ritual circles via the energy genus that lies dormant in the blood of most sentient beings. Such blood rituals range from simple boons bestowed in the form of ensorcellments to individuals or objects to more elaborate and equally volatile conjurations and calamities.

By being awakened and sensitive to genus it strains the body, physically and magically so. Blood mages become additionally vulnerable to thannic poisoning’s effects and are twice as susceptible to azhl poisoning. Similarly bloodborne diseases linger in blood mages twice as stubborn and prove difficult to cure. Due to the frequent bloodletting and exertion of practicing the art blood mages suffer acute stress on their heart which causes them to age at an advanced, magically-induced rate; their life expectancy becomes locked at 2 IRL years from when they learn and will perish should they not circumvent it via avenues of immortality or self-silencing their practice.

Lastly, blood rituals require rolls to succeed. The more blood mages of higher tiers as well as siliti the more of a bonus they receive. Rituals require units of genus to be cast, set amounts of blood drawn from individuals of varying tiers of potency such as an average human compared to a magical creature like an azdrazi.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

Elemental rituals include enchanting minor mechanical or otherwise aesthetic effects onto individuals through runic inscriptions on their body as well as more mechanical enchantments imbued into objects covering the elemental runes: fire, water, earth, air, dark, light, metal, and lightning whose effects physically or conceptually evoke their meanings. An ensorcellment of fire imbues symbolic traits on a person whereas an object can literally manifest fire (through blood activation).

Summoning rituals include conjuring generic animals, objects, or materials or to greater danger and cost specific entities of items. Additionally may blood mages summon themselves from one place to another and create blood rifts, portals to other dimensions rife with danger.

Creation rituals include invent, a rite which constructs a creature or object in pure creative freedom (submitted via MArt) which may be influenced by other magics, or quiet which muffles an area through supernatural sound-suffocation per the silence rune.

Force rituals are varied per their unique runes and are therefore the most unique rituals. Gilding enchants a weapon to conduct blood and draw more of it to visceral, carnal effect. Call calamity summons a tempest of a specific element to devastate landscapes. Spiritspell gives artificial life to another magic’s spell, sustaining it so long as it is fueled. Engorge silences a blood mage’s magic in exchange for returning their proper expected physical prowess. Seal is a combat-medic ritual which, depending on the number of participants to determine the potency, mends the wounds of the fallen to spare their lives.

Last is bloodbending, the art of manipulating blood itself without influence and structure of runes. Augmentation strips genus from blood to empower a caster, increasing the tier of their next spell up to tier 5. Hemorrhaging inflicts consequenceless, aesthetic bleeding in nearby individuals varying per tier and intent. Scabbing seals wounds of moderate to mild size with thick, gnarled scabs. Siphoning is a blood transfusion, typically used to reinvigorate a bleeding out ally. Tearing is an ultimate form of bloodbending, used to execute individuals where the blood mage has absolute and total control over the victim’s body leading to a gory death.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

    [Casting Siphoning]

Dryz’rin collapses to one knee with an exacerbated huff, his breath stolen by the exertion of the shortly-terminated battle. His blade falls aside with a thump into the bloody grass beside his moaning, dazed companion and the squirming, helpless elf half limp at her right.

Dryz’rin plants his bloody right palm into the back of the defeated elf with a slap against his halfplate. Thin red vapors lick up his hand as he rolls his head back to take a gander at his waning ally, hissing, “This is my final mercy, Lothiriel.”

Dryz’rin’s hand splays open as the same scarlet mists flutter outward like a cough and with the lifting of his arm streams of spiraling blood flow out from the helpless elf, a pitiless scowl drilling into the back of his head. “Frail men,” he comments to himself while the lines snake through the air to latch onto the weeping wound on Lothiriel’s left forearm.

[!] The Mori lingers in judgemental silence as crimson ribbons float through the air, feeding warm blood into Lothiriel’s veins to slowly replenish what the battle stole. The elf warrior’s whimpers and breaths fade as his ripe, throbbing life is extracted to reinvigorate his foe; a spiteful end emphasizing his defeat.

[!] As Lothiriel rises she remains dazed and fuzzy yet a modicum of her lost blood has been replaced. She still bleeds but her life, for now, remains.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

    [Teaching Embark]

Dryz’rin speaks, features severe as always, “Hear me, Lothiriel. Udos zhal cress z'hin. Ol zhah nadyenl. Kl’rath, lu'udos ph'natha gotar. [We shall web walk. It is perilous. Misstep, and we are a meal.]

Lothiriel winces, easing out begrudgingly, My studies have been rocky. Please, I cannot unravel your mother tongue. Not yet.”

Dryz’rin hisses, “Always an elf. Diligence, sprite, lest the wrong runes land you in a library where you’ll truly be wasted. Hear me: this rite culminates every lesson heretofore. The runic lexicon, hexagram stars, invocations, exchange, sacrifice, all of it.” He then gestures openly with a hawkish face to gauge her attention.

Lothiriel dutifully silences herself and steels her temper to endure his lecture.

Dryz’rin, evidently pleased, proceeds, “Our world is one among many. Intersections - knots - in an astral web that connects the stars. Some are lorded by the lesser divine, others contested and stirring, and many fractured and lawless. Among them, the center of all Creation, is the eye of the web. The cradle of the moon, Mother’s black forest. Through runes we shall author a route through the web to take us there. Such is the zenith event Tiwa spoke of prior; we are laying the groundwork first.”

Dryz’rin then leads the elf to the center of the ritual site, ruddy-stained bowls and red wax candles scattered about. An earthy stink of burning sage and goblin’s ivy lingers in the air where incense smoke dances with their passing. He gestures to the occult symbols splayed before them. “Writ in blood, we web walk. Should your studies have found , you would know all runes are both literal and symbolic. Through them we describe where we journey.”

"Water and air in union: mist, obscurity, suffocation. Darkness: envelopment, the end, my home. These elements embody the form we seek. Existence is marked by only one, one that dominates the rest, and the black forest is defined by Divinity: the life-force of the one true Goddess, Mother and patron. It is conjoined with the expressions of nature there; flesh and flora. Totality is the same, dominated by only one. Sacrosanctum. Do you see it, Lothiriel? The sentence we write?”

Lothiriel wordlessly absorbs the scene while nodding, fingers idly twitching as if responding to mental notes she took, and she answers quietly, I do. But what of these? The lines that bind? and she waves a hand over the numerous force runes depicted in the circle.

Dryz’rin’s face twists in the rare likeness of a proud smile, something he would never deign to express, and instead answers while subduing his pleasure, “The force behind it all. The essential fourth dimension of our rite; power, many times over, and these speak to the sphere of Mother Moon. Draining, for she sucks life from the weak. Binding, for her silk ensnares all Creation just like her crawling kids. Silence, for she strides in shadow and is death itself. And last, life, for her pruning enables new buds and strong babes.”

Dryz’rin utters lowly, “Memorize the four dimensions. Between elements, existence, totality, and force, we may web walk anywhere. Follow these arrangements and map them to the Fair Lady’s star charts. Once the price is paid and the sacrifices are spent - with luck and by Mother Moon’s invocation - a rift will open and the coven may dive in. Steel yourself, elf, the forest ahead is beyond our nature. The shadows are alive, spiders reign, and the glow… oh the glow.”

Lothiriel drinks in the details of the circle. She returns, “I see… this is expensive. I’ll wrangle some drunkards on the morrow.”

Dryz’rin adds, “Set your affairs in order. We may be long; we’ve sacrifices here but only ourselves there lest we maim what blessed beasts live there. I’d rather we avoid resorting to cannibalizing what kin we find.”

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

I will guide students through spells and rituals OOCly as they learn IC so if they powergame I will correct them in the moment and similarly be open to answering questions on Discord. If my student powergames outside my supervision I will explain what they did wrong, elaborate what to do in the future and what points to remember or ask about if they are ever confused, and do my best to set them straight. If they prove to be problematic over time I will aggressively correct them and call on other blood mage teachers I know to help make the case to the student that we as a community are available and eager to help them. Beyond that degree of help more powergaming is their own fault and deserves punishment.

Murgosh'Raguk settles down his mask on a table, the Ashen Uruk scratching the base of his rather big tusks, eyeing the paper atop his desk, a quill in his hand as he begins to write down, and after finished, copied by a goblin and sent to all uruks.

The letter, to those whom wished to read, said:

"Brothers and Sisters who now read this letter. It is with great sadness and anger that I see smal clans, able to take upon places, get crushed by bigger, surprisingly increased in number clans. That is not what we aim for. The unity of clans is a thing, the complete opposite is to give a cactus week for a clan to become active within the Krughai/Krugmar. One would think that, Clan Azog, by writing this letter, is trying to propose war against Clan Gorkil with such demands of activity and other things in the letter. Think about this. Let the clans who have history live on, active or not.

    Signed

    Keshig Murgosh of Clan Raguk."

Azruk'Azog grumbled upon receiving this note from a goblin, "I find it very odd how you do not retort to the actions of the Gorkils, and only after the Azogs respond to this aggression you are alerted. Could it be that you are afraid of the 'Azog threat'?"
