I remember placing that sign. I think it was a 1 or 2 hours before the fall of Aegis event. Apparently I was a bit to confident to be the last person to come across this pile of signs.

Trick stares at the sheet for a while and then scribbles down his name in barely readable handwriting:

Triligrim Tooke. I live in me Pappa's old burrow, which 'e left me at 'is passin. Thank you very much.

((I'm not what you would call very active, but Trick is my preferred character (of the 2 I have), when I actually do want to roleplay and I would like to keep the burrow if possible. :) ))

Trick puts down his name - "Triligrim Tooke" and after a moment of pondering he writes "Daydreamer".

It was late at night, when Trick returned home. He had a lot of fun on Lenfest and as he would notice to his own shame later, didn't spend much time thinking about his sick Pappa.

He knocked at the door and entered without waiting for a response like he always does. The burrow was dark and cold and didn't feel right at all. The fire in the fire place must have died out hours ago.

"Pappa?", he called into the dark, that consumed his grandfathers home. "I'm back..."

He lit a candle and walked over to the fire place to lignite it again. After the living room was back to it luminous glory he gingerly walked over to the bedroom. "Pappa?", he whispered. He got no response again so he walked up to the bed. His Pappa wasn't breathing anymore. Tears started to gather in Tricks face. It took him a few moments to collect himself. He got up eventually, left the room and the burrow, to inform his sister, the Branmaster and the Sheriff. His heart was breaking with every step a little bit.

"Thank ya .... for everythin', Pappa", he mumbled as he walk out the door.

2 quick additional questions.

Do you notice people behaving strange or sometimes hostile around you, because of your religion? I would imagine Kentucky to be a kinda harsh place to be a white Muslim.

And.

Do you think history class in school is too bias towards the western way of life, normally ignoring contributions made in Asia, Africa or other parts of the world, while glorifying persons like 'Alexander the Great' or events like the crusades?

If I remember correct you are of Muslim believe.

When did you first pick it up, what made you decide to be Muslim and when do you intend to do the Hajj (assuming you haven't done yet)?

-2 Staff, like players have friends they want to speak with. Some have more player friends, some have other members of staff. Players see a locked TS channel as a barrier. It doesn't hurt to poke the staff member or send them a message should there be a problem or question the player wishes to ask. I don't particularly wish to be in an open channel where everybody and anybody can join it. I personally, am not a social person and have a huge dislike for large groups. Hence why I stick to my own small, social group.

It's okay, but you and Roze have to stop stealing everybody's Rom away without asking. <_<

I would assume everybody, who's VIP status doesn't match the ones on the forums better goes looking for dem transaction codes.

We have 36000 members on the forum. If we have an acceptance rate of 10%. At least that is what I heard once. So we are at 3000+ like Aryon Matt said.

There are probably something between 1500 and 2000 whitelisted players on the server.

How can a player who's been here 4 months be GM? 4 months does not indicate the amount of experience with the community they should have in order to be a GM. She is still new to the server.

The question is, why her when there are players interested and have been around a lot longer than she has and understand the community better?

Having an educated guess (something one might wanne try once in a while) after reading her application, I would assume it's due to the fact that she has a lot of experiences moderating MC servers. You people said there are not enough GMs online. Learning a GM takes not only time, but it also takes time away from another GM, that has to teach the new one. Is it wrong to capitalize on the pre-existing skill set of somebody? It was basically the same thing back in January with Mau5noize and Oceas. I think Danny was also promoted to GM after only 4 month on the server. Liri was made GM like 4 weeks after joining. This were all horrible decisions, I have to assume?

I am a nice, responsible, assertive and patient person. :wink:

Just a small tip. Maybe the GMs should try to hide less in their locked channels on TS. If you have something imported to discuss players aren't supposed to know, then go ahead. If you just sit there and talk about Pokemon or how awesome The Walking Dead is (the answer is extremely awesome), then why not do it in an accessible channel.

I think part of the reason why Danny and Urasept are so popular is, because when they are on, they are usually available. You have a chance to get to know them without being super clingy or especially well liked by them.

You have 4 hours and 27 minutes to fix this.

Every time I read Lym introduced somebody to techno there is an urge growing in me to nuke him with rock music...
