While the character does not have much experence in the area she is driven to learn and was asked to apply to this spot IC by her husband, Kolyat Alfakyn, From of an OOC point, I have tons of time that I can use towards organising supplies and really helping out anyway that I can, I also have experence delegating tasks to other.

State any comment that you think may aid you in this application here: Not sure what else I can say really, I was asked to run for this position by Kolyat, Plus I think it would be interesting to try something different.

Larien quickly reads over the notice, she smiles faintly just for a moment before turning and wandering back towards her home, She mumbles to herself,"Kolyat... I-its been a long trip has it not..? It seems just a f-few months ago you w-were a t-traveling surgeon and I a bladesmith f-for a little mountain city..."

Larien watches from the steps leading to the Mali'aheral encampment, she lets out a long sigh then brushes hair from her face, she speaks softly to herself,"Why must so many insist on provoking t-the Valah... Nothing good can o-or ever will come f-from petty fighting such as t-this... They s-say this is about defending ourselves..? How many lives a-are cut short in impulsive ac-actions such as these..?" She glances back down over the crowd, her eye almost flickering,"Why m-must so many lower t-themselves to the level of the Valah..?"

Another large problem with charters was that players developed them for poor reasons and staff approved far too many of them for equally poor reasons. Role-play was tossed to the wayside as players sought eye-candy and assets. War-claims faced similar problems. Ultimately, poor decision-making among power-gamers and meta-gamers was the elephant in the room and the common, communal players were the mice.

This is exactly what was wrong with the old system, The new system should be significantly stricter and more heavily monitored so there isn't 30 little one man cites splitting RP up into little tiny shards. Just an example of how the duchy that I was part of ended up, There was one giant capital city that was far to under populated then each of the Counts and Barons each had their own little settlement for no apparent reason and to top it off most of these people didn't even have to write charters for their cities because they were told by a GM that if they owned the land in RP they they didn't need a charter to build a city as large as they wanted on their land...

Larien yawns faintly but quickly covers her mouth, she has been standing next to Kolyat in her long white robe, hood pulled tightly around her face for some time though, her eyes dart from person to person around the fire although she quickly averts her eyes if someone was to catch her glance, she seems less interested in the fact that they are arguing about things such as politics and religion but much more interested in all of the faces that gather around the fire, her face shows several expressions, abit of worry mixed in with some fright and the slightest hint of curiosity peaks through, her hand griped tightly around a small silver amulet which hangs loosely around her neck on a thin silver chain. After a few moments she leans close to Kolyat and whispers faintly to him, her words are hard to make out unless one would be right next to her, but one could catch her mentioning something about how it had been so long since she had seen so many Mali in one place, once finished she smiles faintly and turns her eyes back to the fire.

Seria has dark red hair, pale skin, left eye is blue, right is a yellow-gold hue, she is approximately 5'7" with a rather light build, she weighs about 112 lbs. She comes across as a rather cold individual, her alignment is neutral-good by nature although she generally sticks out for herself first and foremost.

Seria was born in a small village near the peak of a snowy mountain range. Her mother was killed while giving birth leaving her with only her father, Who as the years went by it became more and more apparent that he loathed her. On her 13th birthday she was branded with several "Charms," It was apparent he hated her at this time, She ran away shortly after with nothing more then a small silver chained pendant and the clothes on her back. Its been several years since then, She stumbled into Ursakar a few days of wandering from Aethor. She has lived with the Duke and Duchess of Ursakar for nearly 10 years now.

What are your Character's ambitions?:

Seria wants to live peacefully in Ursakar with her new family, She is fiercely loyal towards her loved ones, She has little wish to fight unless absolutely necessary.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?:

Seria sighs and turns away, her hand over her eye as usual she lazily looks around for any guards, If she finds them then she notifies them, if not she will continue on her way back to Ursakar, Its not her fight to get involved in.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?:

Seria averts her gaze a bit and covers her eye, She thinks for a moment,"I don't suppose you have any foreign herbs do you..?" The Merchant gives her a funny look and directs her towards a small herb pouch, she hands him a pouch full of Minas and takes the herbs and continues on her way wandering down the path, hand still over her eye.

Because its anime... And I love anime...

There is 186 people, more or less, on the server right now. Not a single major event is happening that I know of. Solace is full of just about every kind of rper right now. Heroes, villains, the poor, the rich. LOTC has not died, not in the slightest, to old veterans who have lost their love of the server, do not mistake your loss of love, for loss of quality, this server is the equal to, if not better than, it was before. Just thought I would point this out, also I love you guis!

Exactly LOTC hasn't died... Communities change over time, I've seen it time and time again... things always change.

Hm... Logged on after getting off work and found out I am stuck as a Wandering Soul again... At least there isn't any pits to get stuck in for several hours like the last time this happened... My App ^_^

I actually found out that if you have your stack broken down, like into 1 repair material you can repair anything no problem, but if you leave the repair materials stacked it doesn't count said stack as a valid repair material...

Age: 118

Appearance: A younger elf, tall and skinny, bright blue eyes, she has blonde hair that falls well past her shoulders.

Personality: She is kinda shy around people she doesn't know well, hates being referred to as a child even though she is a younger elf, she is extremely loyal to her friends and she hates fighting even though she is a skilled bladesmith.

Backstory: Larien lost almost everything as a child, In her infancy the city she lived in was burned to the ground along with over vast majority of its inhabitants slaughtered. Of those that survived only a few stayed in the ruins of the once great city. Larien was raised by one of the surving elders, who trained her in the elven arts of the Bladesmith and as a Bowyer, until she had hit adolescence when the elder through a series of events passed on, she continued to live by herself reading a few of the old tomes that survived the fire. Eventually she was discovered by a group of elves led by Elros Vardamir that were passing through the Ruins after attacking and being beaten by Elros she decided to accompany them.

To live peacefully with Elros wherever he decides to settle, Hopefully avoiding any conflicts that might arise.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

She would make a distraction to draw the attention of the bandits while giving the elf a chance to flee, if her distraction fails she would attempt to strike the bandits with a few well placed arrows to disable them, not kill them, then attempt escort the elf to safety.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?
