Larien reads over the notes, she frowns faintly and turns away muttering quietly to herself before she returns to her task of locating Kolyat.

Larien bites her lip faintly as she reads over the poster, she tilts her head slightly as she mumbles to herself,"One has n-never heard of s-such atrocities happening... And O-one has lived among her k-kin for nearly an elven year now... K-Kolyat will b-be displeased o-one is sure..." She sighs to herself and turns to leave muttering again,"J-Just what we n-need m-more false accusations and ru-rumors... T-the demand us t-to change our c-culture but t-then spread lies behind our back..."

Larien quickly reads over the notice, she smiles faintly just for a moment before turning and wandering back towards her home, She mumbles to herself,"Kolyat... I-its been a long trip has it not..? It seems just a f-few months ago you w-were a t-traveling surgeon and I a bladesmith f-for a little mountain city..."

Larien watches from the steps leading to the Mali'aheral encampment, she lets out a long sigh then brushes hair from her face, she speaks softly to herself,"Why must so many insist on provoking t-the Valah... Nothing good can o-or ever will come f-from petty fighting such as t-this... They s-say this is about defending ourselves..? How many lives a-are cut short in impulsive ac-actions such as these..?" She glances back down over the crowd, her eye almost flickering,"Why m-must so many lower t-themselves to the level of the Valah..?"

This is exactly what was wrong with the old system, The new system should be significantly stricter and more heavily monitored so there isn't 30 little one man cites splitting RP up into little tiny shards. Just an example of how the duchy that I was part of ended up, There was one giant capital city that was far to under populated then each of the Counts and Barons each had their own little settlement for no apparent reason and to top it off most of these people didn't even have to write charters for their cities because they were told by a GM that if they owned the land in RP they they didn't need a charter to build a city as large as they wanted on their land...

Larien yawns faintly but quickly covers her mouth, she has been standing next to Kolyat in her long white robe, hood pulled tightly around her face for some time though, her eyes dart from person to person around the fire although she quickly averts her eyes if someone was to catch her glance, she seems less interested in the fact that they are arguing about things such as politics and religion but much more interested in all of the faces that gather around the fire, her face shows several expressions, abit of worry mixed in with some fright and the slightest hint of curiosity peaks through, her hand griped tightly around a small silver amulet which hangs loosely around her neck on a thin silver chain. After a few moments she leans close to Kolyat and whispers faintly to him, her words are hard to make out unless one would be right next to her, but one could catch her mentioning something about how it had been so long since she had seen so many Mali in one place, once finished she smiles faintly and turns her eyes back to the fire.
