*Pius Silverblade walks through the halls of his castle in Furnestock. His best friend Gladius and family member has died and he is left alone to lead the Kingdom of Galahar. The stress has been too high and he still holds a feeling of urge to leave just as those have in the past just before him. He takes his crown in hand as he looks down at it keeping his feet close together. 

Pius looks up and quickly lets out a yell down the hallway "Ember come here a moment!" Pius' wife Ember steps up the stairs with their two new born children in hand as he comes to him "Have you thought of a name for them yet my love?" Pius nods quickly as he presses his finger on both of there foreheads "Hunwald and Patrick." He chuckles to himself as he remembers the both of them his old friends who died and who he mourned to join for so long.

Pius walks around he lands one more time as he looks at the grand duchies that he has ruled. He takes a quill and paper returning to his castle as he writes his document of succession. 

"With the death of Gideon Silverblade the land and wealth once owned by him would be passed onto his oldest son, Mizu. But with his whereabouts unknown the ownership of the Archduchy shall go onto his second born son, Patrick Flay-Silverblade. Although the houses are divided I wish for my son to know who he walks ahead of the great Gladius, August, and Augustus. All of those who have been of family to us and forever will be. The crown shall be passed onto Patrick as well with the title King of Galahar to come at a age where he may be able to rule for the people."

He finished writing as he steps up folding it and handing it to a page to give to the nobles around who are within Galahar. 

With his final steps in the great cities he built he kisses his wife and children on the forehead and hugs his brother in a hope for them to continue on his rule. Stepping down the grand stairs he makes his way into and through abresi hooded knowing that he is unwanted there. He chuckles seeing those who have come and ruined what Oren, the Oren that he built with his own hands with those along side him. Coming to the docks he makes his way to his large personal ship with sales of symbol in memory of Godfrey, large letters on the sides of the ship read "The Sun of Godfrey." 

Pius brings the ship out and makes his leave slowly watching the city leave, following after the others.

Pius blinks as he turns to Gladius Flay "Do they not understand that the two kingdoms are different.... and he's not the regent of this one...?" He lightly places his hand on his face at the stupidity. 

The north and land up until the westerlands is Oren.

A great man indeed Pius sits in silent of the news as he has lost a good friend and a man loyal to the Silverblades for some time now. He looks to his pregnant wife as he places the parchment down looking at her stomach "Perhaps we can name him Edmund?"

IV. The Imperial Physician may investigate groups for unlicensed healers, alchemists and engineers with the aid of any military within the empire with the approval of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor.

V.  The Imperial Physician may revoke or suspend Healing, Alchemy or Engineering Licenses with proper reason, if asked for reasons he should also be able to answer fully.

VII. The Imperial Physician holds the duty to appoint licensed physicians and alchemists to the Duchies and Counties of the Empire.

IIX. The Imperial Physician may arrest or detain citizens of the Empire who he believes to be using Alchemy or Healing irresponsibly or without license and bring them to a legal court.

IX. The Imperial Physician may arrest or detain nobles of the Empire who he believes to be using Alchemy or Healing irresponsibly or without license with the permission of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor.

X. The Imperial Physician may investigate and take surveillance of groups within the Empire  with proper reasoning or cause with the approval of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor.

XI. The Imperial Physician may teach and assign teachers to members of the empire at his will.

XII. The Imperial Physician holds the duty to oversee the training of every member of military within the Empire in basic healing.

XII. The Imperial Physician holds the duty to place into each branch the military of the Empire at least one licensed alchemist and one licensed engineer.

XIII. The Imperial Physician may command knights or other military orders to assist in their investigations or warrants of arrest with the approval of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor.

II. The Grand Inqusitor holds the right and power to arrest and detain citizens of the Holy Oren Empire for any reason to believe of Heresy.

III. The Grand Inquisitor holds the right and power to arrest and detain nobles of the Holy Oren Empire for any reason to believe of Heresy with approval of the emperor.

IV. The Grand Inquisitor may appoint three inquisitors to take up knightship as a connection with the Holy Order. (Knighted by Emperor or Lord High Chancellor)

V. The Grand Inquisitor holds the power to put any citizen on trial, nobles with the approval of the Emperor, and to have them judged by any man with the power. (Including High Judges, The Lord High Chancellor, and the Emperor)

VI. The Grand Inquisitor has immunity to his actions if granted by the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor.

IV. The Grand Inquisitor has full power and reign of land put under the control of the inquisition by the Emperor.

V. The Grand Inquisitor may put any group within Oren under surveillance with true reason to believe of Heresy and the permission of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor.

VI. The Grand Inquisitor may do what he wishes with those in his custody with the permission of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor, actions cannot be taken up by law as permission is granted.

VII. The Grand Inquisitor has the permission to command knights and other groups of the military in the lands deemed to the inquisition by the Emperor.

IIV. The Grand Inquisitor holds the power to command knights in his investigations with permission of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor.

ii. All actions needed with permission must have a written document handed to him by those stated. It will be granted to those who ask for it who hold valid citizenship within the Empire.

II. The Grand Vizier holds the right and power to arrest and detain citizens of the Holy Oren Empire under proper cause.

III. The Grand Vizier holds the power to suspend titles before reviewed by the Lord High Chancellor or Emperor.

IV. The Grand Vizier may question the Emperor freely in his decisions.

V. The Grand Vizier assists the Lord High Chancellor in the administration of the privy council by command as well,

VI. The Grand Vizier has the right to speak freely of any noble or privy council member to the Lord High Chancellor or Emperor without being held to his words as crimes.

VII. The Grand Vizier is bestowed the power to take command of any county or barony with the permission of the Emperor or Lord High Chancellor in the stead of the count or baron on trial or with suspended/revoked title.
