From what I can recall, the undead have not been seen since we left the land of Aegis, which was over 100 years ago. If the undead somehow managed to find us, then I would be concerned, but I have yet to hear of news relating to these vile creatures.

I suggest having 3 soulstone locations and each varying from your alliance. Here are my ideas:

1: To the cloud temple

2: To the capital of which nation you are aligned to

3: A soul pillar of your own choice

This may be a good example of a regular player with no donations. As you pay more, you can have more soul pillar saves accessible to you and if you are at aether donation, you can create 1 soul pillar for yourself (you are able to delete your own and then move it for necessary occasions).

This saddens me as I may not be able to join for at least 8-10 hours after the festival starts, but by then, I expect it to end.

Sloan dismisses his thoughts and his mood is lightened after hearing the plans to rebuild the church. Although these dark thoughts hang in the back of his mind, Sloan returns to the Ale house to continue his work and tries to get the bombing of the church and the any thoughts of the empires response, off his mind.

I think all the ideas suggested by Whitebeard are pretty good. They help create more RP (in most cases) and will give the economy another kickstart. +1 to whitebeard, keep up the good work.

With the soulstone change, I find it a good idea, but it may have its issues. For example, new players and those who can't afford a house of their own. (I have a feeling you guys are gonna reply with join a guild). I support the mob debuff, but if possible, can you return mobs dropping minas (this time, make it a rare drop) and have the amount vary for each monster (zombies, skeletons, spiders and creepers 5 mina max., endermen 10-15 mina maybe.)
