A swift ride through the lands of Oren you arrive in the small Barony of Artios, there you come across the Manor of House Pascal, Upon entry servants greet you and a few House Members, you are led to the Study of the Lord High Sheriff, There he sits in his office sipping from a glass of wine, He looks up to you, the fire to his side cracking slightly. After some trouble of sort you decide you must write to the Lord High Sheriff, You write up your letter and send it off by one of the local Courier's. After awhile your letter ends up on the Desk of the Lord High Sheriff where he reads it.  ((Peasants Only))

​Receives Lord Ardahir Owl's letter, he looks over it before taking a sip of  his wine, he lets out a large chuckle.

"I wounder if Ardahir Owl understands he was fired in the first place."

He folds the letter, he brings his right hand to the letter snapping his fingers, Burning the letter, he takes another sip of his wine before he stands up, getting ready to go send a letter out for the new Sheriff.

The Pascal Family is a long line of many great men, the true traits of a Pascal being not just their True Blue Eyes, or their just full Brown Hair, but the smarts that run in the family. From the North the Pascal Family descended, many blood lines of Genius men, but not very great Fighters. Most became great Stewards of Greater Houses, or Rich Merchants, and very few took up the blood line of Alchemy which also runs very deep in Pascal Blood.
 
 
After many years of the family being broken apart a man of the name Darin Pascal the First taken up the liberty of gathering the family together, and held many long traditions of the Family, such as a Brand Mark that is given to true Pascals at Birth, or the Family Crest its self that all Pascals keep true to them self's  Darin has many Children who made their names famous and true in Pascal Blood, the First is Darin Pascal the Second  who took hold of the House Head the day of his fathers death. Next is Gresham Pascal, a true merchant who made his name far and wide known, being the head of a Company called Gresham Co,  he truly holds the family's great merchant skills. Next is Hadrian Pascal, the youngest Pascal to known and the Strongest there is, he became known as a Great Warrior, and the only Warrior of the Pascal Family, he was head of a Grand Houses military and close to the honor of being knighted before his Accident.  Finally there was Prudent Pascal, the smartest of them all, he held a great library of the Pascals, and was head of a college of education for many years until his death came when he was burned alive in his college from a peasant riot.
 
Now Stands the many children of these famous five Pascals, all spread about the Holy Oren Empire living well lives  and here stands the great Vaclav Pascal, Holder of the Family Title and First Son of the great Darin Pascal the Second, In the many years of hard work and dedication to the Holy Oren Empire came the day he was Knighted to the Chapter of the Lions, Granting his family the standings as a Gentry House. Two years after Lord Green granted him the official land of a Barony in his County, Naming him the Baron of the land. Now Vaclav wishes to reach out to the spread family Across Oren and his many Cousins to Join him and his standings.
 
After the leaving of Emperor Horen, Vaclav Pascal was lost with the others. Once William Horen III Took the crown, he was invited to a meeting with the king and other famous nobles of Oren. As followed he was Honored the position of Privey Council as the Lord High Sheriff of Oren. With this news also followed the Official notice that the Pascal Blood was now of Noble Blood of Oren.
 
Now as one of the Eight mighty Noble Houses of Oren, House Pascal stands its Motto as to server Oren fully. Under the Vassal ship of House Green, The House will hold its dutys to the day it ends.

With the banishment of Vaclav Pascal, the House quickly fell to shambles, most of its members not used to Nobility and politics, no one wanting to take the grip of Lord of the House. Whilst Vaclav was bannished, one man stood up and took the rightful claim. Vaclav declared that the new Lord of House Pascal is his Eldest brother, Sarrion Pascal, who took control of the house, hoping to bring it back to stability. 

After the fall of King William, Vaclav was Unbannished by King Silus, the Land of Kilburn was Granted to House Pascal, and the house stands strong today.

Led would like to ask that all RP related to this event stay on hold until he can get the current situation regarding his ban sorted out (Which should simply be a matter of getting a hold of Mau). Once that is finished, he's excited to get on with it.

The Lore Team has decided to implement this on a few conditions.

Firstly, the removal of the extended range on the upgraded glove.

Secondly, the incoporation of the backfire you mentioned into the glove's rolling mechanic.

Commander Vaclav Pascal sits down by his fire, leaning back he opens the note he had received along with the uniform  Org had turned in. After reading the note briefly he nods, folding it back up before he tosses it into his fire, leaning back he puts his hand to his chin, watching the flames. "He went in the wrong Direction, taking the foolish path to join a foolish order.." He grumbles the words to him self, sitting there for the rest of the night.

Vaclav looks over the signed parchments before recording everything in the Kilburn Watch list, heading off to assign bunks to each of the new recruits.

The Kilburn watch serves House Green as Bannermen, protecting the County of Kilburn and overall the Duchy of Corazon.

Brief Backround:

The Kilburn Watch is a Guard Force Reformed from the old Bannermen Guardforce "The Emrald Rangers", This reform was brought up between the Heads of the Bannermen Codrik Green, Coltius Green, and Vaclav Pascal. The Guardforce take an oath to serve House Green and their Interests, which is protecting the local lands and the County of Kilburn, and in times need the Duchy of Corazon. The Kilburn Watch are trained in weapons that each soldier specialize in, Swords, Bows, Crossbows. They are given Armour, Homage, Food, and storage for their trade of loyalty. The Kilburn Watch currently is Held and Ran by Commander Vaclav Pascal, and each soldier under his commander stand guard over the County, Keeping peace within the Duchy of Corazon, and serving House Green.

History on the Emerald Rangers:

The Emerald Rangers are the Guard-force of House Green and their lands. They’re a group of men and women who’ve pledged themselves to the protection of the people and lands of Green County, and the surrounding roads. The Rangers were created during the time when the Greens ruled the Island Nation of Empyreal; they were constructed to protect Stonedar, and later the city of D’hara. Joshua Green had trained the New-bloods with ranged weaponry, which quickly became the favorite of the Rangers, and was half due to their name. Joshua had stepped down as Overseer of the Rangers, and had placed the task of maintaining them to Codrik, Adams first-born; due to his many years of service under Codrik, Hadrian Odiare was made a Knight of House Green, and is now given control over the Rangers. Now stationed in the town of Baile, in Green County; Hadrian is set on turning the Emerald Rangers into finest archers in Oren.

Vaclav Pascal walks up to the notice in Ager, he was passing by, looking over it, he sighs folding his arms. "What kind of price is that for the pelt of Kharajyr.. I.. don't think many people would do such a thing for such a low pay... I don't even.." he sighs again, cutting off mid sentence, a bit baffled by the post, he throws his hands in frustration. "That's not worth getting your self killed for anyways.." he continues down the path, talking to him self over the poster.

Thanks, I scratched my head for a second. That's one of the disadvantages of the glove, You need to get close to the oil soaked Object, Man, or Thing.

I see no reason why this would need lore. It is just a combination of two items. As long as it isn't powergamed. Besides, it would be utterly useless against leather, chain, iron and other armor.

Leather would soak up oil, and burn a man crispy. Chain, the oil would get on the clothes under it, they would still burn, Iron? Not so much, but it might stay on the iron, and besides, fire ignites fear.

I wanted to write a lore on this so others could possibly create their own spark gloves after some ideas with them selfs, or when I'm in combat and use it I got a link for the type of person who questions if I have a lore for it. :P

I do like the idea, it is simple and seems like it would fit well into roleplay. If it rains does that mean the flint needs to be replaced? I personally think the amount of uses for the glove before it needs to be changed is quite low.

The flint is in bits, so after every strike the flint basically crumbles away, and yes I did get the idea from FMA, but I made it more logical than snapping of a finger and then fire((Cheating magic is an alchemists goal! :D)). And that's the reason why the glove wont work when wet, the flint gets wet and soiled, and the glove is too wet to spark.

Basically a user would keep it in a pouch with hay or something dry to shield it from rain, forget using it if you fall in a river, lake, or so.
