Nexus is horrible due to crashes after recently switching personas i lost valuables in my main character 2 times... Did you people ever wonder that the LOTC might have some errors. For example my vip is iron and should be gold. Now I have to pay $10 to fix a glitch caused by a nexus error...

Can you link me? Its just a little ridiculous i have to pay for something when i assumed i was a kharajyr al along..

Ok, I've been here since 1.0 and am not a huge fan of Nexus. I joined this server again last month and immediately rping as a kha. As I created the character the server crashed (surprising in lotc???) and for all this time I assumed I set my persona to Kha. In recent days my race was explained to me to be human, I said ok, no problem i will just switch it. I was also not able to select a race for my elf, which he is listed as human too...

I just got my persona which i have been rping with a kha skin for 50 hours finally enough time to purchase a shop, breed horses, and further rp. 

If there a way I can switch races without losing my persona time and skills??? Because I rped with the Kha community for these skill and spent hours gathering resources as a kha. I refuse to start over on a kha persona. 

I donated $50, I'm not trying to act like I single handily funded lotc, but I am a dedicated member, and I will not restart from scratch because Nexus has bugs. So please help an active rp'r out in a lowly populated race.

On a start cold night Ibrahim was sailing back to the Caliphate after a poor week of fishing on the ocean, when suddenly his ship hit a sandbar. This left Ibrahim a hundred kilometers away from the Capital. Stranded with very few supplies and soaking wet Ibrahim began his journey for help, by day 4 he had exhausted his food and on day 7 severely dehydrated from drinking sea water. He leaned next to a dead tree and began to plead.

"Allah, why have you forsaken me to this fate?"

Ibrahim began to weep as he knew there was no chance of him making the trip back to Khalestine. He began to forgive Allah, coming to his final stages of life. His sun cracked skin was raw, and lips bloody from dehydration. He accepted his fate.

Before he could finish a warm glow began at his feet and soon engulfed his whole body. Though this was his time and Allah was going to take him he noticed the light was from above. Ibrahim looked up and saw an apple growing from the dead tree above his head, then the leaves. The glowing apple has dropped to his feet, which quickly devoured after he fell asleep.

I through me some ideas I'm thinking of switching the name before actual rp starts. I wanted to do Sea Vipers, but I want something more original... :(

The Area Would be called the Gold Coast, and my original name  was the Seals but it doesn't sound evil. :P

Will Orei win? Probably not, but he will have the last laugh at himself. He will next return in LOTC 10.0 in the Mali retirement home plotting to steal the tapioca pudding from the spoiled Mrs. Mali'Rudo.

Additional Roleplay: Orei was banished from elven lands after failed coup and genocide. He survived as a weapons dealer and merchant. Poor and in a new land he has to start from scratch and he is founding a bandit group to conquer the seas.

ooc: He has no real planned out location, its just where they settle first, so for me to pick a designated location for this would be absurd. This land should be claimable by invading forces and is not intended to be a long lived encampment. :) I mean give me temporary land and further rp or just don't give me land, I'm not trying to be the next oren over here.

((there hasn't been a naval battle for years, mainly because people like said Eastin Dia company look up ship designs on google and are acclaimed master ship builders and sailors... hazzaaaaaaah. Too much meta for an actual rp ship battle. They never researched or apprenticed carpentry, but build top end 10 sail, 30 man ships. 

When I RP my ships i've basically lost every battle due to meta gaming... :P ... I do it for RP, but people take it oocly as an insult so this is another reason why I'm delaying my rp... I've been here since 1.0 and maybe won 10% of my conflicts, yet I'm a bad rp'r and player. What d I know I just try to give people like the Eastin dia company an enemy to rp against and enjoy some rp events...
