i have gotton on and i am still a soul! what do i do

You have to apply.

Step 1: Have you been accepted?

a. If answer is yes, proceed to step 2.

b. if answer is no, make an app.

Step 2: if you have been accepted, you'll need to be implemented by a GM. Look at your app. If it says something along the lines of "You've been implemented" and you can't get on, try contacting a GM. They're always there to help.
