Do you want people who look old as dirt who retain their full physical strength? Because this is how you get people who look old as dirt who retain their full physical strength. I, for one, approve.
Though I do have a question. In the origin portion of the lore it says that the guy who originally made the elixir was made to basically look like a child as a result. Does the de-aging elixir have the capability of even reducing height and such? And if so, since it’s stated that it does not negatively or positively impact physical health, strength, etc., will they retain their original adult strength in the body of a child?
This is already something that frost witches do. To my knowledge if a frost witch orc turned themselves into a human child through their shapeshifting they still retain their full strength, or at least most of it. I could be wrong about that, though. With the grain of salt that is mandated lore rewrites and all this wasted time, no a full grown orcish woman cannot disguise as a human child.

Of all the things you can do with fire magic, making a little light is not the thing I thought people would get hung up on.

just wanna chime in that McCarthyism is an unfair double-bind delima intentionally set up to always punish an accused. It is created by making it a crime to plead innocence, such as during the Red Scare where if you were accused by congress of being a communist and you denied that accusation, you were arrested for contempt.
Just you know. Facts and the like.

Yeah, the character/persona rule doesn’t make sense.

“They walk upon the ground with their bare feet, worship trees, and wear grass as clothing. Llir, do not judge them too harshly, but they are gripped by superstition.” Leuvina comments to herself as she reads the travel magazine while she sits in their tavern, sipping her tea as she does so. “I wish him luck. To visit the impures that dwell in the snow is very dangerous.”

“They have taken away any staff members’ 1st amendment right”
Don’t even have to know what you’re talking about to know that this is untrue.
“enshrined globally by all freedom-loving democracies”
Several democracies have less expression rights than the U.S.

The only things that really hold the server back is
People taking themselves way to serious.
People believing that their particular taste of RP is the only good RP and anyone different is trash.
1 -
TL:DR
People are still taking the server way to heccing seriously. People are still asses to one another.

Focus on culture. Enforce it in RP and always practice it everywhere. Avoid all kinds of OOC butthurt, salt, and cry babies. Have only one city/fort.
Push culture in a central location is my personal suggestion.

Aging time scale is unimportant minutia not worth spending time enforcing unless you’re prepared to tell me one meeting canonically lasts weeks or months because the time scale is so completely broken.
1:1 time scale isn’t that horrible or something closer. Only thing such a time scale ruins is family evolution rp.

v srs question
what use is having a nation if no one is there

Realistically speaking, all one should have to do to avoid war is to recognize another as hegemon and /maybe/ collect a tax. Then, if your hegemon doesn’t defend you, it makes the hegemon look like a cuck who’s too scared to defend what’s theirs.

Only one of those is cheating.

There should one hundred percent be a ‘reason for war’ I do not think the staff should be setting our a list beforehand saying ‘only these things are valid reasons to go to war’ let nation leaders determine valid reasons for war rather than being restrained oocly by staff bureaucracy.
Yeah pretty much. I don’t care if you wanna war me but war me for a reason greater than ‘I don’t like that ‘playerbase’.

I support CB’s in that there should be an actual cause of characters wanting to go to war instead of a group of children wanting to stroke their egos by screwing with people they don’t like and then shouting ‘it’s dynamic’!. The problem with all CB’s is that none are aggressive.

Yeah – and it should extend beyond warclaims. If a nation is launching raids on another nation’s capital, it makes sense that they’d need a proper camp set up and a logistical route set from a vassal city or capital. I’ve got a few more suggestions like this if you want to hash it out over Discord.
No one actually wants a realistic war. There are only people who like to pvp and people who do not like to pvp. That’s really it.

How about we keep lore stable and stop retconning and adding races?
Wild idea.
