You shouldn't have been denied for plagiarism for that definition, and it is good enough to warrant acceptance. I wouldn't know about the rest of your app, but you shouldn't have been denied just for that :/ My advice is to PM Ishwish about it, she can likely resolve it. If not, nppeck is also a good option.

Maybe you should elaborate on that metagaming definition. OOC into IC is a pretty generic definition of metagaming. I'm not suprised they denied it.
