What circumstances led to this ban?

I had recently returned from a long break from lotc, i hadnt seriously played since 2018. A friend invited me to come and play again and i got on and was trying to get back into the groove of rp. was watching some rp go down and when someone said something in rp and i replied with "my ******" ooc'ly . As it was something i usually said and still do say in my day to day interactions. A minute later i was banned without warning.

Are there aspects of the ban you agree and/or disagree with?

I do agree that i needed to be punished for my actions regardless if it was a ban or any other choice, but i feel as though a straight ban without warning or talking to me first was a bit harsh since i have not played in 5 years. i could have been pulled to the side and talked to, maybe explained to that there were changes to the rules and or things that shouldnt be said anymore. It was something i said often on my time on the server and i did not mean it in any sort of harm or as a slur. where im from its more of way of saying 'my man' or 'my brother. I see now that my actions were wrong and ill think twice about saying something before actually saying it. I would like to apologize for my actions and from now on i will try to tone it down and keep it civil. I understand not everyone is the same and some will find something offensive whereas some dont and i will try to do better and keep that in mind.

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

I would like to return to the server and be able to rp with old aswell as new friends and be apart of an everchanging community. I'd like to see new places and get to meet more people aswell as communities. I also enjoy helping new players learn about the lore and different player bases and sending them off on there way. There are alot of aspects of the server that i enjoy and would like to be apart of.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:
 
History: Metzli wished to try her hand at uplifting life for the first time and from it came the birth of the Hou-Zi. Hou-shen was the first Hou-zi to be uplifted and from there he uplifted his fellow hou-zi becoming their leader and birthing a nation, then after declaring himself the God King. His nation quickly turned into an empire stretching all across axios.
 
First Great War: The Hou-zi had conquered most of Axios fighting against the elves lead by malin, they controlled all of Asul, the southern half of Ceru and the western half of Tahn. After 100 years of peace, the kingdom of malin was able to fight back and kill Hou-shen during an attack on the elven city of malinor, where they were able to push the hou-zi back to their jungles on Asul
 
Second Great War: During this time, Metzli rebirthed Hou-shen with pure white fur and golden eyes, where they then prepared for war once more after previously being defeated. The elves, although, had long since split into three seperate nations, the wood elves, dark elves and high elves. The Hou-zi, rather early in their conquest ended up losing and being pushed back to their jungle city of  Jing-Taiyun.
 
The Jade War: After being forced back into the jungle lands of Asul, the Hou-zi empire would now be a former shadow of what it once was. Resources started to become scarce and hard to come across, which for a culture of wealth and snobbyness became a problem. Families began to steal from each other causing major problems and wars between the families, breaking the nation further apart. Hou-shen, seeing the state his people werein,  decided to get up from his seat of power and leave the nation. Fleeing the capital into the vast jungles on Asul never to be seen again.
 
Religion: The Hou-zi have 2 different religions, the first being Shenjiao which worships Hou-shen which was the first Hou-zi to be uplifted by Metzli and ruled them for a thousand years. The second religion is Hua-Jiao which was followed by most members of lower society in the hou-zi, it follows the “Four truths” that define nature and push toward total enlightenment.
 
Appearance: Wu-Shen is a Fei-zi with white fur, standing at about 6’4. He’d be sporting red robes and some jewelry and markings. He is a firm follower of the Shenjiao religion, using most of his spare time to worship. He also likes to go out and learn new ways of trade and craftsmanship

Opening Season!

The 15 of The Grand Harvest, 1645 was marked as the opening day for the Warhawkian pastime of Stickball! The day was sunny and the weather was perfect for a tournament. Plenty of Mali’ker, Mali’fenn and Uruks gathered around to watch the Khel’seth Sleepy Ocelots go against the Khel’seth Blue Feathers!

The Blue Feathers - sponsored by  Khel’seths ‘Hawke forge,  lead by Prince Erolas Ba’ikana!

The Recap!

The game opened with the Blue Feathers’ very own Tajo “The Bald” Lur batting against the Sleepy Ocelots heavy arm pitcher, Arabella Delevoye! A fiery swing of the ball to home plate would be met by the brute strength of Tajo, opening up the first run of the game with a home run! The crowd roared as Tajo circled the bases, giving way to his team. The following few batters of the Blue Feathers would be struck down heavily by Arabella, backed by the plentiful chanting of the Sleepy Ocelots as they taunted the other team!

“Striiike ouuuut! Switch sides!” Embyr would yell as she sat at home plate, playing umpire for both sides. After switching sides, Tajo would take the lead as head pitcher of the Blue Feathers. Up to the plate first for the Sleepy Ocelots was Thornir. One, two, and three strikeouts! The poor snow elf would be struck out by Tajo’s killer curveball! Up next would be Elinor, hitting the ball into play and sending it toward second base. Tavynu would chase after the ball, not being able to catch it in time, she’d pick it up and send it back to the mound as Elinor secured first base! Next up to bat would be Arabella! Tajo’Lur would wind the ball up and send it flying over home plate, only to be met with a strong swing by Arabella, sending it flying past the outfield and giving the Sleepy Ocelots a homerun and 2 runs!

The Blue Feathers would rack in the last few outs and the game would switch once more! Up to bat was John Kowacz - the man would be sporting heavy armor (not quite the best for such a game but prepared nonetheless!), Arabella would send a speedy fastball his way, only to be met with John’s own swing, sending it flying in between first and second. He’d secure his position at first base. Up next would be Khel’seth’s own steward Smano, securing his position at first as John moved to second. This time it would be Erolas Ba’ikana’s turn. Readying his bat as Arabella winded up another pitch! He’d make contact but as fast as he did Arabella would catch the ball, sending him out of the game and back to the bench! The Blue Feathers come close to bringing another run in but get shut down by the Sleepy Ocelots, closing off the second inning and moving into the last.

At this point the game would be heated! Smack talk between both teams would begin flying about. With Tajo snapping at the defeat of his killer curveball and flaming the umpire for being bias, he’d storm out mid game, leaving Erolas Ba’ikana to pick up the slack and step up as pitcher for the Blue Feathers. The competition would continue as they tried to keep the Sleepy Ocelots from scoring anymore points. Erolas Ba’ikana’s fastball would prove rather troublesome as he struck the first player in the line up out. Second to the plate would be the Weed Druid Riv’su, securing his place on first base after going neck and neck with Erolas’ pitches. Erolas’ fast ball would then strike out the rest, causing the end of the inning and end of the game!

The crowd roared as the Sleepy Ocelots win the opening season tournament of Khel’seth, beating the Blue Feathers by 2 to 1. They’d take to sliming the losing team as they cheered on. Thus concluding opening season here in Bokolo Park, Khel’seth..

Ser Hektor de Castro would remember all the heads of the Tosali's that were placed on pikes against the walls of Asterleigh when he was a boy.
