What circumstances led to this ban?

A few friends and mine were tired of playing on the server, so we decided it would be funny to find Beamon4, another LOTC player, in game and kill him without RP in the fastest time possible. Obviously, this is against the rules and silly otherwise. I am quite confident that I can avoid this happening again in the future by reining in my self control and not participating in any rule-breaking actions. And if I ever get bored again, I will simply log off instead of breaking the rules.

Are there aspects of the ban you agree and/or disagree with?

I do not think I was being very toxic as that might imply verbal abuse which I am pretty sure I did not do, although I can see no-RP killing someone as being toxic, especially because it was done in succession with some other friends of mine.

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

Quite some time has elapsed since my ban and I feel I have matured a lot! I have just graduated high school, which is a very important milestone in my life  😃,and it is now summer! The new map seems to have some promising developments which I feel have been missing in past maps, and as such I would be excited to return and experience these with the free time I have for these few months. Compounded to this, some of my friends from Lord of the Craft such as fluffycop and Hot_Dip have returned and inspired me to appeal my ban so I may partake in these exciting new advancements. Perusing through the forums, I have also seen a lot more staff involvement and clarity, which is something that I was definitely excited to come across since (in my opinion) Lord of the Craft has been lacking in these elements in the past. Overall, I hope to return to a community that I have vested a lot of time into in order to experience the fun that can be had roleplaying.

And from my pilgrimage I have heard of the almighty ST. ClOWNTH a man unlike any other a man of the holiest deeds to be done in this realm.  ST. ClOWNTH a man of the holiest and funniest deads to be committed within the realm of such virtue and bold faith displayed from such a holy man I have been seen what I must do within my mortal years left upon this realm. Having returned from my pilgrimage I see to it that all men and women of the blessed Holy Orenian Empire follow the words of the holy ST. CLOWNTH has laid upon us children of GOD. And by so as Holy Emperor I enstate that The Modernized Holy Dictionary of ST. CLOWNTH be instituted for use by all within the empire.

“LOL” - Though similar to lol, this expression is finding genuine humor in a situation. More often than not, Clowntholic Faithful will express such after a period of minging. The difference is very clear in written forms of the holy texts, but also audible in speech.

“lol” - Though similar to LOL, this expression puts emphasis on disgust in a situation. Particularly when finding something vile or irritating, a Clowntholic Faithful will respond with this expression. Used primarily as an insult amongst Mingespeakers.

“lal” - A strong word when used properly similar to LOL and lol in pronunciation but in many ways different,the word having been derived from the mythical angelo-saxon kingdoms of far it is to be used when one is to find something so distasteful and in many ways horrendous that no common phrase may expostulate such in common tongue. This of utmost common use amongst Mingespeakers.

“FLEEPER” - No one is truly sure where the FLEEPERS came from, they appear in droves: Migration patterns that follow the most sought after resources. They do not have names, typically numbers. Speaking in a primitive FLEEP tongue, there is no one more loyal to you than a FLEEPER. It is said that the House of Goodwill has a FLEEPER army ready to unleash on the Pagan Elf Enemy.

“FLEEP” - The native tongue of the common FLEEPER, no scholar has truly unearthed the meaning or direction of this language yet. What we do know is to FLEEP is to gather a ridiculous amount of resources in a short period of time. FLEEPERS will often exclaim this in a variety of fashions, several times in one moment. On the rare occasion, a FLEEPER will clap their feet and go “fleepity fleep”.

“ERPER” - An extremely offensive insult, primarily directed at or to describe Elves. To be an ERPER is to be hedonistic to the extreme, the word underlining a focus on the sin of lust more than anything. One of the few words that the faithful outright refuse to mutter to one another, simply put it is a very heavy insult that would imply that one is not worth of being a member of St. Clownth’s Flock. To be an ERPER is to be disqualified from your right to minge and in most cases the right to live.

“ERP” - The act of being hedonistic to the extreme, once ERP is met: you are truly tainted in every way, shape, and form. There is no recovering, for you are eternally locked from the Kingdom of Heaven; and barred from the Holy Land.

“Virgun” - A word to be aswell like “lal” to have derived from the mythical angelo-saxon kingdoms of far;A virgun is a individual who has not commit the tasteless act of ERP but is in no way a innocent being to be a virgun is to be on the borders of a ERPER not one to commit the act but one to tolerate it is. Mingespeakers use this commonly to insult.

“noob” - A noob, simply put: Innocent, pure, unlike the vile ERPER. Typically only used as an insult when it is used as so: stupid noob. Other than that, Mingespeakers use it frequently in everyday speech.

“minge” - The truly enlightened, to be a minge is to fulfil St. Clownth’s holy duty on this mortal plane. To destroy the egos of those whom ERP and refuse to commit to the holy act of pranking. A minge is your greatest friend, but can be your greatest enemy. A culture and people said to have descended from the legendary god-king, the Goodman, it lives on in this part of the space time continuum through sheer will.

“ahyes” - The most common expression, evolved from the Macmood family: When responding to orders or a question, a Mingespeaker will often respond simply with: ahyes.
