The following information has been gathered to help the citizens of Fenn understand which nations they should avoid or embrace traveling to. Each of the nations included in the list below is given a designation. Said designations are:
Allied-A nation that has embraced a close relationship with the Princedom of Fenn and its citizens. Those within the Princedom are not only safe in these nations, but are encouraged to trade, travel, and establish better relations with its people. In the event this nation requires assistance, the citizens of Fenn should work towards supporting them.
Friendly-This nation might not have official alliances and agreements, but it is still a friend of the Princedom. Trade and relations are encouraged with this nation, usually signified by a non-aggression pact.
Neutral-This nation has done nothing to help or harm its relations with the Princedom. Trade and travel are allowed, but it is important for visitors to be wary.
Unfriendly-This particular nation has committed casual acts of violence against the citizens, property, and has wellbeing of the Princedom of Fenn. While this nation is not at war with Fenn, relations have destabilized. It is advised that citizens only visit these places if absolutely necessary and arm themselves.
Hostile-This nation is currently engaging in acts of war against the Princedom and travel to this nation is ill-advised. All trade and relations with this nation are banned. Interactions with their citizens is prohibited.

In every war good lives are lost. We send our men, our brother, our fathers, our husbands, our sons, and our friends to the battlefield, and many times they do not return. This conflict between the Princedom of Fenn and the Holy Orenian Empire has raged on for many years and have seen many lives taken from both sides. As such His Imperial Majesty has decided to de-escalate the conflict between the Domain of Man and the Fennish.

Article I - The Holy Orenian Empire and Princedom of Fenn agree to de-escalate the conflict between the two nations and enter into a non-aggression pact.
Article II - The signatories agree to the mutual protection and free movement of goods in their territories.
Article III - The signatories agree to the mutual respect of each other’s respective territory.
Article IV - In the case where one of the parties is found in violation of the pact, all articles remain in effect, under the condition that the offending party takes sincere diplomatic steps toward rectifying the situation.

A Festival of Ice and Iron
To celebrate new-found prosperity throughout Arcas, the Kingdom of Urguan and the Princedom of Fenn shall be holding two festivals in their respective capitals of Kal’Evraal and Tahu’lareh.
The first of the festivals will be held in Fenn, where those who attend can browse the numerous market stalls and unique products in the town square. There will be a feast in the Castle Sigirath. There will be a fighting tournament where the winner will walk away with a champion’s purse of 3,o00 minae.
The second festival in Urguan will hold a mighty feast in which the best Dwarvish ale and food will be available. After the celebration, there will be another fighting tournament where the winner will receive 3,000 minae.

ASSERTION OF TIR’KATHIR
The following individuals are banished from ever entering the Princedom of Fenn and if found will be brought to trial or executed. This list has been examined and approved by the Grand Prince Aelthos Tundrak, third of his name.
1.Katrina Atmorice-A traitor to Fenn who disgraces her bloodline by going by the moniker of “Vexalia” and engaging in dark magics. She attempted to assassinate the late Grand Prince Aelthir Tundrak and coerce a conflict between the Silver State of Haelun’or and the Princedom.
2.Lefkos Amethil-An accomplice and bed companion to Katrina Atmorice, he has tarnished the Paladin order by engaging in relations with a dark being.
3.Auriel- A known enemy of the Princedom, he has attacked Mali’fenn multiple times and has betrayed the trust of those in Fenn. The former lover of Katrina Atmorice
4.Magnus Caelum-A human who has engaged in relations with a Mali’fenn, attempted to coerce Fenn into submitting to unfair demands by Spider Cultists. During his short time as a citizen of Fenn, he created a situation which could have led to the death of a member of the Grand Council.
5.Emeline Tathvir-A traitor to Fenn who disgraces her bloodline by shedding her name and being the bed companion to a Valah. She manipulated members of her own bloodline and abused the powers given to her on the Grand Council.
6.Varan Atmorice-A Mali’fenn who disgraced his bloodline by neglecting his children and failing to lead. He engineered several scenarios in which the safety of various individuals was put at stake.

Amongst the chatter taking place by the Silver tavern in Fenn, the local barkeep can be heard shuffling about the table. She would be handing out various drinks, doing her best to stay on task. However, as she approached one table, the conversation piqued her interest and slowed her pace.
“...And that’s when I hear’ the bangs ‘gainst the wall near da house….” A Fennic dwarf would recall “M’ windas were shakin’, some even shattered!”
“Aye, the same happened to me a few nights ago. Went down the lift and I hear this rumbling coming from one of the walls, like something was /walking/” One of the Ivae’fenn guardsmen joins in.
An ‘aheral would chime in, holding onto the edge of the table tightly “Everynight the sound becomes louder and louder, as if something is coming closer!” The Mali would shutter.
The barkeep couldn’t help interject, her brows knitting together “And where is all this happening?”

The Festival of Renewal, 1728
In an attempt to celebrate recent additions to our community, including the construction of the Magic School, the end of the Banishment of Katrina Atmorice, and the promotion of Somhairle Sylric to the Grand Council of Fenn, the Princedom will be holding a festival within the city of Tahu’lareh.
The festival will take place in the main square of Fenn, including the tavern. Festival-goers can join an impromptu comedy event held in the newly-constructed theatre. Along with this, those in attendance can participate in a fighting tournament held within the Ivae’fenn training pits. The winner will receive a champion’s purse of 3,000 minae, while the contestant who comes in second will receive 1,000 minae.

A Pact of Stag and Snow, a treatise signed by both the Dual Sovereignty of Irrinor and the Princedom of Fenn, with the purpose of maintaining peaceful relations between the two neighboring nations, shall be enacted immediately and fully, via the full force and authority of their respective nations and administrations, to be enforced in its intended spirit, according to all articles contained herein, to be subject to renewal every four years, pending approval by both signatories, or their successors.

ARTICLE VI - Members of the Ivae’fenn shall not under any circumstances enact the laws of the Princedom within Irrinor’s lands. Members of the Irrinite armed forces shall not enact their law on the Princedom’s land.
ARTICLE VII - Both the Ivae’Fenn and the to-be establish military force of Irrinor shall have easy access to the other’s city in the interest of mutual defence, not to be hindered by locked gatesARTICLE VIII- The Ivae’fenn shall have the ability to arrest bandits or raiders within Irrinite territory to assure the safety of both nations. In a similar manner, Irrinite forces are given the authority to reprimand bandits and raiders in Fennic territories.

Heyo! There’s an issue with emoting. You can’t emote and then say something. It just reads as all speech. I set my emotestyle to quotations and it still isn’t working. For example, *stands “Hello” would read as “stands “Hello”. On the flipside “Hello” *stands works perfectly fine. Help?
