Decree V

It is with a heavy heart that upon this date, 24th of Snow's Maiden, I Vulmir resigned from my position of Monarch of The Domain of Vulmir. I relinquish all lands claimed within the past year back to upon Old-Vortice. Too, all decrees of my party retracted and nullified.

I write this all with a sad-hand and fear for many lives. Not even following the end of the Saint’s Day of my last decree, was I resting within a home outside of Vortician territories. With my Second, Telos, and a friend's little child, Anna, where we conversing over a cup of tea and a rather well prepared meal. All was calm in my secluded home till a knock rested upon the door. Masked men invited themselves within my home and proceeded to forcibly remove us three and subsequently subdue us.

With my two close friends knocked into sleep, we were moved from my home and to an undisclosed place within the city of Talon’s Port. Glimpses are all I can manifest and to where my location was at the time, is rather uncertain. Within the streets of Cordius Way. Upon fully awakening, I found the little daughter of my dear friend had either been left behind or taken upon another area. Nonetheless, myself and Telos were now surrounded by rocks and caves. A room filled with, who I later learned to be, the Jusmia family.

The man known as Gusiam Jusmia introduced this ceremony by drawing a blade from an odd looking statue in the corner of the room. All participating adorned in tattered robes that leaked mist of red. The air around where we were bound was thick with the smell of copper, and chains and an odd signia laid plasted around the walls. The only way in was a small lift in the corner.

The Jusmia spoke in an odd tounge. From experience, I deduced it might be some form of orcish speak. Though it was rather broken and with a heavy accent. The man proceeded to bring this blade upon my right most leg, piercing it with an odd sickness. The blade was laced or created with an sickening material.

All while this procured, my partner Telos remained unbound, corralled into a corner. A proficient mage took opportunity and warded off the two Jusmia around him long enough to distract the third. While he did, I made my escape and called for a guard. Alas none came, and the happenings of Telos are sent with my best wishes. The man is strong, and he surely was capable of warding off three weak minded cultist.

Sickness has taken to my leg and I fear for my life now in an undisclosed location provided by a friend. I write to warn all of the happenings within Vortice. This, I fear, is not the first of cultist within the city. Let alone, upon Athri Belrose’s council.

Be wary citizens of Vortice. Your streets are not safe. Nor, is the council working in your best interest.

Decree III

Old-Vortice spews and spews, as they do. With no meaning! How many pamphlets have been spread and had their result tarnished and stomped into the ground. Not a few years ago, was an event planned and cancelled only five-elven minutes later! Proof, I say! Proof that missives from half-breeds and the like hold nothing! Where do I stand now? Still in the city, comfortably in my own home. Not a knock on my door. The Party of Vulmir shall, from this date, add the Fester Family to the list of families banished.

Decree IV

The Unified Domain of Vulmir rebukes all decrees of once-be Vortice! I will enter the city as I see fit and none shall stop me. Too, shall my party, do the same. Not even the fabled Gusiam, slayer of Rustlers, can do a thing to stop me. An ant in the sand of my power! 

The Unified Domain of Vulmir still stands. Pamphlets do nothing to our cause!

The Unified Domain of VULMIR

Decree I

Henceforth this date, all of those peoples that call themselves a Rustler are hereby unbanished from the Unified Domain of Vulmir. Their ranks have been wrong by numerous families within the old-Vortician government. Families such as the Jusmia Family and Maelstrom Family shall, from this date forth, be banished from Vulmirian Lands!

Too, does the Unified Domain of Vulmir formally withdraw from the title of Protectorate underneath the Kingdom of Urguan. No more shall we need their support and fully and wholefully thank them for their assistance!

Decree II

The Unified Domain of Vulmir’s government shall mimic such of old Vortician lands! Now, with one singular change. No more congress. No more council. Only shall Telos Andria'liene remain! Remain as second-in-command to our Monarch Vulmir! Long live Vulmir! Long live Telos!

Preface

Here in this barren wasteland of was-be Vortice lied myself. Vulmir of old lands. Local of old-Sutica, and others! And now THE ONLY local of Vortice! No others stand before me and no others will. Old Monarchs have gone and passed. Throwing themselves off buildings like the mind-numbed folk they be. Old Congressmembers scattered and gone from the lands they once cared for. Abandoning all they had.

For all that lays before me, it is only evident on what must be done! I pronounce myself Monarch, and sole Monarch, of The Unified Domain of Vortice!

Dissolution of Congress and old-Monarchy

From this date forth, First Seed of 1837, Athri Belrose shall be forcibly abdicated from their position of Vortice Monarch. Her little presence and care for Vortice and her peoples is evident. Too, does she show no little interest of improvement.

For the congress, the same falls upon them; Their lack of incentive for their nation and care is clear as the ocean nearby! Blair, Gusiam, Leanora, Sana, Silas, and Sylvian shall all furthermore be unemployed and forcibly removed of their positions!

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

         Translocation

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

Voidal translocation is in short, a magic that revolves around teleportation. A practitioner of voidal translocation will have the ability to store an object or move it from point A to B through mana anchors. Similarly, they will be able to shift themselves and other people from one point to another. The greater size of an object or the greater amount of people being shifted results in greater amount of exhaustion. Like all voidal magics, all spells of this magic requires a clear line of sight.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

Voidal translocation contains both Expatriation and Shifting. Expatriation revolves around deconstructing non-living objects and rematerializing them when needed. Due to the odd nature of the void, objects do not have their momentum intact when stored. Half expatriation is a special case, as it basically creating two rift, allowing an object to go from one side to the other- and in this case, momentum can be stored. Organic objects, spells, and combative potions will not be able to pass through half expatriation rifts.

While expatriation deals with objects, shifting deals with living individuals. By creating a visually noticeable anchor from point A to B, a practitioner can move themselves or others to another location. This section of the magic does not allow someone to reach places they can otherwise not reach mechanically (events are a special case, as the mage can ask the ST whether they can use it to reach a certain place). In the case of brisk steps/blinking, a mage will be disoriented after teleporting, resulting in the inability to attack after their teleportation.

Spell - Minor Teleportation

Vulmir grew annoyed as he continued to hear people speaking behind him. His ears twitched a few.

A scarlet red distortion then appeared above the seat to the far right, the distance spanning about five meters.

In a fancy poof, the 'ker disappeared from his original seat, reappearing on the seat on the far right. Scarlet red particles can be spotted on his previous seat, dissipating after a brief moment.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

Vulmir shook his head with a sigh as he was forced to explain to his student yet again. He seemed to speak rather harshly this time, having been slightly annoyed, "As I was saying, you need to pay attention to the smallest of details. How will you be able to store this rock if you barely took a look at it?"

His student frowned upon hearing it, knowing very well that his eagerness was preventing him from properly casting at all. However, he decided that this was all to be changed today. Picking up the same piece of rock, he stared at it hours upon hours from every angle. In fact, he stared at it so intensively that he dreamed of the rock! On the next meeting between him and Vulmir, he eagerly procured the rock, ready to show his teacher what he has accomplished.

Vulmir sat still on the chair and simply observed. His expression was stoic, giving nothing for his student to intepret.

The student then exhaled sharply, a misty azure glow filling his eyes. His brows furrowed as he concentrated on the object at hand.

To Vulmir's surprise, a mist of azure did manifest around the said rock, eating up the object until it is completely masked!

Dropping to the floor, the student did pant loudly from the exhaustion. He has succeeded however, as the rock has vanished from sight.

The teacher only gave a singular approving nod, not seeming to display the same excitement as his student, "Now, let us move on to something more difficult."

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

I will personally PM them regarding the mistakes they have made, as well as contact the ST handling the case about the details of the issue. If they were to continue repeating the same mistakes, I will drop them.
