Although you were missing a Lore Reference in your Character Biography, I will still accept you on a good faith clause as the rest of your application was very well done!
To clarify the rules. A normal character can only be held for two IRL hours with active roleplay before the player of that character can choose to leave or stay if they are enjoying the roleplay. For Nation Leaders Nations Leaders, Region Owners, Government leaders and military officers it is 3 IRL hours with active roleplay.
