Character Sheet Basic Information Fullname: Theodosia Lawrence Age: 18 Gender: Female Race: Human, Heartlander Emotional Characteristics Personality: Theodosia has a big heart and will not only listen to people but try to understand them. Her demeanor is very innocent and attracts that of children. Although much like a mule is very stubborn and will stand by her opinion. As much as she may try to compromise, she will never stop believing in what she believes in. Theodosia has a diverse intelligence that allows her to understand very different and complex situations. She loves working with medicinal herbs, old libraries, apples, the colder months and history. She cannot stand cooking for the life of her, but she must cook to live, the occasional idiocy of the government much like her mother and garlic. Moral Alignment: Lawful Good Ambition: To work at an apothecary Strengths: Medicinal herbs, reading, writing, fishing and very persuasive in her speech. Weaknesses: Cooking, combat of any forms, hunting and how to hold her tongue. Physical Characteristics Height: 5'5" Weight: 120lbs Build Type: Mesomorph Basic Appearance: She has long hair like the flames of a fire. Her eyes are a deep forest green and pale skin like ivory. Theodosia has pink cheeks. Her gray dress hangs off her body and flows freely as she moves. Her hands are long thin and her feet are quite small. Backstory On the coldest day of 1576, Theodosia Lawrence was born in a small home in the capital of Johannesburg. Her mother Wilhemina was born a Highlander and her father James a Heartlander. They met during one of her father's many travels as a merchant. Before her birth, her mother had five other children all males. Theodosia grew up in a very protective environment because of all men. Her father gave her the basic education of a heartlander. At the age of 12, she was sent to live with her grandparents farm alongside her mother and brother Percival. He father and the rest of her brothers were drafted into the army, Percival didn't get drafted because he has a lame leg. At the farm, her mother taught her how to fish, hunt and many other skills involving the outdoors. Her grandfather told Percival and her about the islands of Vailor, and many things her father hadn't. During her three years of living with her grandparents, she developed a strong opinion on most subjects and became very like-minded with her mother. On returning to the city at the age of 15, she visited the many libraries with her brother. They had grown very close and understood each other quite well. A strong sickness came over the household. Percival, her mother and Theodosia all became sick, after four aggressive nights Percival passed. Theodosia and her mother became distraught, her mother slept the days and nights away when she wasn't crying. Theodosia managed the house. When her mother came out of her slump, her father and the rest of her brothers had returned. She began searching for a place to live and a job at the age of 17. She found work with an apothecary, she found a small shack like abode nearby. She continued working there for quite awhile until the owners of the building decided to sell the building and go traveling. Theodosia moved back in with her parents and studied at the local libraries she used to visit with her brother. Eventually. she was hired to work as a caregiver for the children of a merchant whose wife had passed on. She enjoyed taking care of the children but at the age of 18, the man fired her because he didn't need her help anymore. Now, she is on the search for a job.
