    Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

      My main reason is, when I was denied, i kept looking to see what i did wrong, what I said. But now I realize that i dont just help the players as a gm; i am helping the server. I've realized greatly that the server is in.. you could say a bit disfunctional case, chaos a bit. I, for the hand want to help this. I want to make sure everything is set in place, in motion and running along. I do realize as just a gm i cant fix everything. I realize i wont be able to use a magic wand to fix the stunted things of the server, but I do realize that i can make a notion towards that and help bring the server back together, not jumbled around in pieces.

    Hey guys!

        I know alot of you dont agree with me, and are bringing up my past!

         I will admit, I was a bit. immature back then! Lets not get into fights about it in the forums! I just want to have a good time, see what people think about this!

        For multiple reasons new players can assert their trust in me:

    For one I am a positive person, I am shedding the community on them. I am basically, representing the communnity. While this puts pressure on me, this also indulges me into the depths to strive for the sea light, to make sure every new player is getting a positive portion of the community shedded on them, which will make them want to stay and enjoy themselves here.

     

       As for the OOC metagaming part, there is no way I can legitametly prove that i wont help or be bias. I cant just go to your house and hook up a lie detector. No GM, (besides blago obviously) can prove that they arent bias, and will never be bias. I know, I am a young kid with many people who can manipulate me, but with me on the staff, i'd have their support, aswell as they would have mine. If you think about this psycholigcally, young people usually take the advice from the older person, the person with power, the person in charge, and in this case it would be the staff team. Though this doesnt fully prove that i wont be bias, It also just sheds on light on how the staff team will always have my back supporting me, as I will be supporting them

    Have you ever been banned before? Yes; one was for hacking, that was reversed, and the verdict was to be unbanned. Another one was for being Pandos "alt", that was then proved that I wasnt his alt.

    Why do you want to join the GM Team?:

     Well, theres various reasons I wish to join the game moderator team.

         

        One: There is a very public backed statement that the gamer moderator team is very.. unstable, and that it isnt like it used to  be. I feel like I'd be PART of the solution of this problem, like a gear in the machine. If I can make sure that one part of the gm team is functioning,  then i can be ensured that everyone will take the momentum behind me to actually realize what their job is; and do what they need to do. Not to mention, the gm team can be quite a agitating job, so you always need those 'refill' moments, that time to take a break from your throbbing head. It's like the 2nd string going in for the last quarter, because the 1st string needs a break. 

         In addition to this; I have multiple topics I feel that I can enforce to the community, which will reflect with all players within that group. Now, hear me out. Lets say, a player gets punished, warned for doing a certain topic. We all know that during raids, practically daily every single indiviual rp community/group, is usually in a discord, voice chat with eachother. You get warned for metagaming/banned. You would definitely tell all your other friends on that discord/teamspeak etc. server that this happened, and you have to be careful about this. This is what I mean, if you inflict a rule on one person, other people will follow behind. 

          Rule Enforcment is a very serious thing, from simple arguments from extreme harrasment/ddosing. I plan to make a fair judgement, after hearing BOTH sides of the story. My situation for these events, would be a pretty similiar process to other servers that I used to 'work' on. I'd simply just tell them to stop talking oocly so I can look through logs if neccesarily, and then look at the logs. I'd ask each players from the sides, to see if they would lie or not; or just to get more information about a certain topic I was unfamiliar with, and needed a context description from the person who stated it. I'd then make my verdict from there. Depending on the severity of it, or if the player had a malicious intent. Another thing I take in perspective, is there time on the server. For example; if the player is new, and there not very familiar with the server rules, and how it operates, works. I'd give the new players a break to breathe, make them feel familiar with how punishments would be dealt out if they were in a scenario where they were, in a consequental situation.

     

       Helpfulness:

           I hate waiting for modreqs for about 3 hours, then get a gm that barely knows what they doing, them spending 30 minutes checking the rules that they should atleast have some recognization of, (not saying you need rules memorized on the back of your hand) and them giving a statement, judgement on a issue, or not even helping you. This is what I wish to; to help a player, prevent them from waiting hours for a gm to come and help them. Even if  they arent waiting a long time, I really wish to actually investigate whats going on, really get  a feel for it, like I was the player on each sides. If it was an argument; i'd quickly dissolve it. If it was a player needing help with something getting unlocked, or small scenarios etc. I'd make sure i'd do it efficiently, quickly, but also to the players liking so they will enjoy the community more, and make sure that they affect the rp community positively.

     

       No Bias: I very common thing I hear in voice chats, discord, or even in game to the GM, or just the players themselves. I have a 0 bias tolerance, meaning I wont be lightful on one person, just because their my friends, or I know them in real life, even if I owe them a favour. I judge every single situation, scenario, argument, not based on the players names, but based on the SITUATION

    How old are you?: 13, but i did take note of the fact that it said you wont be denied because of age.

    Are you aware the content and interactions on this server may not be appropriate for children under the age of 13? (You won’t be denied for being under 13): Yes

    Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes, indeed.

    What’s the rule you agree with the most?: Metagaming. Normally, smaller players arrange RP, but since this is  a big playerbase, you could literally run into anyone in the world, not have to wander for hours looking for someone to RP with.

    Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense? (if so we can help clear it up!): In the combat rules, it says you can /d40 if the victor says so, what does /d40 do, and mean exactly? Also, do you need to show proof of a screenshot when you /roll, or is it the honor system? In addition, for mechanic pvp is it basically normal pvp?

    How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: Me and my friend we're bored, we've been rping for the past 2 years and they have all died out, then i saw this when searching over an hour for servers.

    Definitions

    What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying is where you use a character that was made, AND APPROVED, using actions, and rules under the roleplaying category. Example, i cant use /msg during a group concerning roleplay, to a specific person on what to say.

    What is Metagaming?: It's like using dynmap to find players and just kill them (Well, that'd be RDM to..) or using information you have learned in OOC (out of character) for your advantage in roleplay situations.

    What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: It's basically forcing a action upon itself without the consent or approval of the person your doing it onto. For example, if your trying to grab someone to stop them from running away from a situation, you cant go *Tim grabbed Shela's arm and stopped her from running away* That would be forcing the action.

     

    In-Character Information
    Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

    Biography  (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.)

       Tokin Calios was born in 1322, (his AGE IS 312, up to the current date) during the summer, or great harvest. Life was peaceful in his home town of The Silver City which was established as the first town of the high elves. His father chose it because he didnt want to live with other elf kind. His father was a warrior, so was a capable citizen, and placed in the lower district, where life was fine for Tokin. Since it was a, well, past city, other races we're not allowed to live there. He loved the smell of war. He practically lured for it, he would try and train every single day, and even spar with people he met. He also liked blacksmithing, and making great weapons for himself. Though he loved physical and outdoor activity, education was also an equal to it. He would study and work, before he did his outdoor activities. If he had an urge to just get outside, he would simply leave for a short period of time, and return to his studying. His father taught him that education is as equal as fighting, as he was a Hiylun. (Warrior that equals education with fighting) When lin'sulan no longer existed, he traveled to a new town, called talyina'maehr,

    in a new realm. It was very unusual to Tokin, because he was used to only seeing high elves, but instead saw different races, even dwarves inside the city living in houses, and walking the streets like an elf! He questioned it, but carried on as he knew  things we're going to be different from where he lived all his life. He lived their due to the fact he felt he wouldnt blend in well with the other elven races, and the fact that every other high elf was moving to the new realm, and city.

    Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?)   He loves the outdoors, and physical activity, and also values education as well. He dislikes anyone who believes in things that havent been proved, or just simple rumors to frighten the children of young. One of his quirks would have to be simply just picking up a sword and practicing his stance, like his father taught him, even if you do it a million times, you can still improve. Another thing is that he simply liked exploring. He would look at things he found odd, or suspicios.

    Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) A great trained warrior, like his father, who took place in the military, and trained for hundreds of years to become an esteemed fighter. 

    Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?)  He is excelled in fighting, stature, and also values education aswell as an aspect, neccesisity of life.

    Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?)  One of the troubles he has is simply just focusing. He could be studying literature one minute, then another minute be walking down the street. Another thing he needs to work on is diplomacy. He isnt really one for it, and hasnt been taught fully on how to negotiate, why he doesnt really particpate in the trade practice.

    Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) He has long blonde hair, and is tall, 6 foot exactly. He has no scars, as he hasnt suffered any injuries in his life. He has a ripped stomach, which you can see,

      Thank you for looking at my application, I must of spent an hour looking at the cities of the elves just to make this, i did find the cities a bit confusing, and tried to get the time periods right each time i looked at a different city, making sure it was actually within the time period of my character. I thought this was going to be a quick easy app, but you have proved me wrong!
