The post also leads to believe that the cap is for banditry on a settlement. Open roads not near an established place are likely uncapped for banditry. 

If you read the first two sentences of what you quoted I believe having 3 or less is the min/max of not needing staff present. If you want more just modreq to supervise over it, easy enough. That’s at least what I took away from it. 

The Ivae’fenn Commander would form a grin over his features. “Hopefully I don’t miss the chance for a good fight, this time.” He’d nod to himself confidently.

A Snow Elf would stake a dagger into the missive “Snitches get stitches.” He’d simply say, walking away without another thought on the matter.

Aelrindel Soulheart sailing the high seas would begin to feel chest pain. The ‘Aheral would realize the meaning of the occurance, his cousin and the only remnant of his family he knew was gone. 

“Of course Fenn has snow. Anyone could have foreseen such!” A Snow Elf would chuckle “Although, I do hope to see more of these forecasts.” He’d nod with confidence.

It’s become something that fills my free time!

Finding a bit of unique RP to do. I’m also known to engage in player vs player mechanical combat every so often.

I RP quite a bit, though I’m not sure if I’d call myself an avid rper persay. 

I missed work due to inclement weather, so it was better than usual Mondays.

Aesilnoth would shut his eyes and drop to kneel. For the man he was sworn to protect, as well as one of his closest friends was gone. He’d mutter a prayer to Wyrvun for Aelthir’s safe travel to Aira’fin. “We shall meet again in time, my dear friend.” He’d say to himself, though something told him Aelthir would hear.

Aesilnoth stood with his arms crossed and face stoic. He watched as the man he had stopped had the floor taken from underneath his feet, as a rope tugged at his neck. His blade stood before him staked into the earth, frigid vapors drooling from the steel causing frost to take over the grass near it. The Snow Elf said no words and exited the walls of Lueven.

Instead, he began to only see red, the crimson blood of those Valah aggressors whom had slayed his kin and antagonized his friends for so long. Finally, would Wyrvun’s justice rain down upon them. 

A Snow Elf would read over the missive with intrigue. “Some of us may look like that, but at least we don’t need the empire to fight against ash.” He would chuckle, tossing the useless paper into the fire.

Aesilnoth cleans his blade of the imperial blood. The blood of a fleeing Curonian, one who dared cease his retreat.

Aesilnoth reads over the missive of his once foe. He nods solemnly to himself. As now more than ever a majority of those he saw as enemies have become his friends. Soon, he shall lock his shield on the same line with those he once saw on the opposite side of battle “As Wyrvun be my witness, the Valah invaders shall not stand victorious.” He’d pledge to himself.

Aesilnoth smiles. Plunging his blade into three separate imperial invaders, sending them back to their god. ”Foolish Valah, this is the only outcome of your aggression.”   

Chuckles as he reads over the missive. He would remember when the caliphate swore to march their armies to the gates of Talar’ikur, but then failed to ever show their faces again.

Aesilnoth would grin at the mention of a horse race, though his smile would quickly fade into a frown. Remembering that both of his steeds Honor and Glory were left in Atlas.
