Celebil grew up in the kingdom of Haelun'or in the capital city Taliyna'maehr. Her family was very traditional and impressed the importance of the mali'aheral values upon her from a very young age. She grew up studying the history of their people in great detail and learning of the importance of 'Progress and Health'. Her father was a poet and her mother wrote volumes on the history of the mali'aheral, specifically the usage and importance of Arcane Magic. Celebil grew to love the Arcane even though she had no training, and planned to dedicate herself in its study when she came of age.
When Celebil was 35 her mother passed away, and her father set forth to finish writing her last set of volumes. Celebil was never very interested in writing volumes herself, but after her mother's death she decided to work in the spirit of her mother and write volumes pertaining to the history of the mali'aheral. She hopes to one day visit the important historical sites herself, though her studies in the Arcane will always be a priority for her.
Now that she is 50, the age of majority, she is ready to set forth and acquire knowledge for the good of the mali'aheral.
