Name: Snorri Grudgehammer Former occupation: Miner, working at the coal furnaces Current occupation: Adventurer, aspiring scholar Personality: Shy at first, blunt, , adventurous, capable, bold, impulsive. Having lived most of his 300 or so years under the mountains , mining away at the endless bedrock or standing above the furnace, he does not have much experience with either the outside world or other races, having only seen some humans at most. But these few sightings of a different race left him with a deep curiousity for the outside world. Though Snorri enjoys working in the mines or the coal furnaces, his true dream lies in writing great works about the tidings of the world, capturing its history, piously following Ogradhad in his pursuit of knowledge. Because most of his family passed away due to accidents in the mines he wanted to get out of there before the same would happen to him He learned, in this wish to document the world, the ancient dwarven tongue and it's associated runic symbols outside his work, hoping it would help him find a way to a better or, or even better, a way out. He long hoped for a day he would be free to go out into the outside world, which has been proven difficult due to his low-standing in Dwarven society and working contract. Recently he got a chance to roam the open world as he was ordered to work in an other mine, away from his current home in Kal'Tarak, for which he had to travel, by caravan to another outpost. The caravan was ambushed by bandits, hoping to find jewels and riches inside the carts. Snorri, in the panick, ran away from the caravan and found himself lost, until eventually he found Southwood, where some kind people were willing to help him on his way home. Realizing this was his only chance to a life of exploring and story-telling he chose not to go back home and work in the mines, but instead hit the road in search for adventures to document.
