  1. A dainty 'ker sat alone out on the balcony in her larger home in Lurin, the only place she really considered home at the time. The sight of the city reminded her much of her time in Elysium, especially when her sister, Nisreen, was brought into the world. Her sister has always been her pride and joy, her right hand woman. The talks of their husbands of the time, their mother and how she could never stop working for a moment, to the making of the small snail doll to follow her tracks. The 'ker got to watch her grow into an amazing individual. Annore did not understand why she had to be the one cursed with long life of the mali, she watched each of those of her family dissipate. First there was Utata, then Umama, and now her beloved sister Nissi. The river of tears began to stream down the spotted face of hers, as she was the only one left to live out their stories and tell them, this will not be the end of the Reede de Astrea's.

“You will always be something great, my young eagle, my sunshine, my beautiful ome’ii…”

"Haelun used to always say those words to meh. I never thought I would ‘ear them end. It was like a musical symphony I thought would last forever. But, simply, time moves on. I sit and wonder often why I ‘ad been the ome to survive in this treacherous world, protect its balance with meh own life."

The quite grown druidess spoke softly to herself as she rested herself near her beloved petalled tree, watching the azure petals land near within her wild mane. Her pupils illuminated with the deep tones of ichor as she kept her hands within the ground, blossoms sprouting out as she smiled ever so softly.

"I know ye’ would be proud of meh Haelun, I did wot ye’ could never complete. I did this for ye’, are ye’ proud within the skies with our Thunderbird. I even brought back a part of our culture Haelun, but, it is not enough. I am a curse. Those around mhe seem to wither away oh so quickly, what ‘ave I done to deserve this Haelun? Mal’onn ‘as passed, many of our family members have perished, my beloved, it never ends."

The Inferno slowly brought her gaze to her side where her mothers wedding dagger had rested, what a beautiful piece. The druidess remembers being told of the person who have given this to her mother on her special day with Ehrendil, she loved it. The young mali took grasp of the dagger as she inspected it carefully and sighed quietly.

"I know it is not good to end this way Haelun, I know. I wish our souls would meet once more, but, ye’ do not reside where I shall go. I believe my service has come to worlds end. May I be free with the birds, in the name of the Aspects and Nemglan, ahernan for my opportunities as yer servant to the lands…"

And with that, Nailo begun to inch the dagger within. A soft smile glew upon her face as she soon laid to rest on the ground of her tree. The cycle continues as she joins the nature around. As she looks up at the petals of her tree one last time she remember the sweet moments with her family…

Maruthir, her grandfather. How could she forget the one who cared for her even since she was so young. He was like a father to her. Nailo wanted to be just like him, the best druid in her eyes. She regretted not being around as much, but she loved him with her life and would do anything for him. Then her grandmother Zyn’ira, she came so late but was someone who she sought as a mother. As much as Nailo hated to say that, she knew it was true.

Ehrendil. Her true hero. He spoke so much sense and logic into the young druidess’s mind, he cared deeply for her if she was his own. Nailo loved him as a brother, even if they were not blood. The time where he was Brother Monarch, what a true celebration, even after his unattunement, she stil called him Brother Monarch. May he continue to be the best…

Before she could think of anything else, her eyes became weary as she the ichor mist slowly began to fade as the druidess let her eyes shut for eternal sleep. Soon enough, she shall be at peace with the rest of her people, in the lands of the druids.

Items of The Inferno would be sent out to its new owners.

  3. A lone eagle child sat top of her dear home around those she loved as she peered out towards the rising of the day once more. The letter she received was grasped so tightly in her hand as she let out a deepened sigh. The Inferno knew nothing but blame. She could not think straight anymore, she was not there to help, in her mind, it was all her fault for listening to him as he said to lay low.

"Nemglan.. Lead 'im well down the right path. I may never see 'im again, but let him soar by yer side, lovely Thunderbird. Seek 'im to be free from this horrid lands. May I tell 'is story to the world, another legend to our stories dear Thunderbird. I shall fix his possible wrong doin's, 'e shall never be forgotten within our 'ome."

As the druidess spoke these words, she folded the letter up neatly, going to grab her journal of Kanavainua stories. Taking her very terribly carved pencil, she wrote the title clear as day...

"The Cunning Fox and the Caring Eagle."

Nailo Kanavainua wrote on these pages as she was joined by her family, blood or not, she was glad to be around those she loved deeply. The chieftess brought her gaze to the sun's awakening once more as she got to see her fox boy once more.

"Be free my fox boy, I cannot wait to see ye' every single day. This Inferno will never stop spreadin' what ye' so dearly wished."

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Druidic Commnunion

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

As we make our first steps into druidism, we learn to use communion to defend nature. In order to protect nature under the guidance of the Aspects, a druid must approach the first step of communion. It is magic, in general, a druid will learn from their time after the attunement, learning to connect and listening from druid to the natural world around them. From when all the voices of nature hit them, their lives are now dedicated to protecting the balance through the lessons and spells they learn along the way. As more time continues, a druid will learn to use their abilities in many ways, either with physical damage to another or the tainted or through the conversation between plants or animals to perceive information of a situation. One may also note that we druids cannot communicate with that the unnatural or undead, since they are true "not living" in the world, or not morally right. Communion will, later on, be able to be understood and easily maintainable as the druid progresses through their lessons and experience with the nature around them. Once all spells are taught, the druid will be a master at it and be able to go on and teach it to others.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

Communion itself is a subjection of the main magic, Druidism. During the learning of Communion, you will learn various spells that will aid you later, like when it comes to teaching or combat. Communion is divided up into three sections: Communion, Control, and Nature Infusion. With these abilities, a druid will use them to protect nature or teach others later on after their own students' attunement if they decide to.

    Communion

Most of the first spells you learn as you start your journey through druidism. The very first thing every druid will learn is the spell itself, Communion, which allows a druid to connect through their druidic abilities with the nature around them to listen and sense the feeling of it. As time continues, the druid will learn the abilities of Tuning and Beatspeak. Tuning, which allows a druid to communicate with up to five plants once to T5, will allow a druid to communicate with a plant through pictures or voicing it to them if the plant is able to understand, but normally done through images. This as well goes for Beatspeak, but it is done with animals instead. There is also the tuning of nature's song through the spells of either Empathy or Singing. Though Empathy and Singing have the same concept, of changing the voices of nature, Empathy has more emotion towards the changing voices of the druid itself. Singing is more used to change the song depending on what the person wants, which can be used for a newly druid not to be so overwhelmed by the voices of nature hitting them all at once. The last spells of the section of Communion are Mapping and Greensight. Through these spells, you can see the nature around you in times you may not be able to see or maybe be blinded. There, of course, is a difference between the two. Mapping is used to see the living things around a druid, for example, birds in trees, worms in the ground, or tree roots. While Greensight, quite literally, paints a picture for the druid, allowing them to see such like trees and where they may be walking, the only downside of Greensight is the area they are within, like a dead land deprived of the nature around it.

    Control

Control deals with the basis of controlling the nature around the druid and using it to create things from it. The first spell you will learn in the control category is Growth. Growth, just as it sounds, revolves around growing flora from the ground from seed or sapling. If there is no seed or sapling involved, nothing can be grown out of thin air, there must be a seed or sapling. Then we have Surge. Surge is used to manipulate roots from nature to move at control, it can be used to block attacks typically. Then Gleaning is used to make things with our abilities through manipulating nature to create it, say like making a staff for your student from a tree, you can make the base of it from said tree. There is also Ungrowing, which is just ungrowing a flora or tree back to a sapling or seed so it could be used to move it to a different place. The last spell apart of Control is Entlings. They are big wooden creatures that can be made from trees and used in combat.

    Nature Infusion

The last section is the Nature Infusion. We will start off with the spell Powersharing, which is used to give druids around you more energy from yourself. You pour your druidic energy from yourself and it will give more power to those close enough. Next is Druidic Limb. This allows a druid to make a body part from a piece of wood and manipulate it to be the same size and fit perfectly with a person before attaching it with roots. If the person is not a druid it will have to be awakened by someone who knows to awaken, but if they are a druid above tier 3, it will be awakened immediately. Then there is Attunement. Every druid has to go through attunement or they wouldn’t be one now. Attunement is done by sending the person through a dream of sorts before they awaken and hear the sounds of nature. This can only be taught when you come to your first time attuning someone. Now there is unattunement, you must know attunement and have a TA to learn this. Unattunement is the ability to take away someone's gifts and make them lose the abilities of a druid. This is done with one person who knows Unattunement and two who know attunement. You cannot learn this unless the person you learn from knows Unattunement themselves. The last spell apart of Nature Infusion is Druidic Infusion. This is used to infuse things with your druidic abilities to give a feeling of strength, somewhat like powersharing, but within an object. This is used to make things like special staves and objects into artifacts.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

    Beatspeak

[1] The druidess would walk along the paths of the forest before her eyes landed on a small sparrow that seemed to be in some type of distress. Before she could even think of anything else, she wanted to know what was wrong, her eyes slowly growing the ichor wisps and looking ‘pon the sparrow.

[2] The Inferno continued her focus ‘pon the sparrow as she went to delicately scoop it into her hands. As she had it within her palms, she slowly moved the creature softly into her lap and look at its wing as she kept her focus on it.

[3] As the connection grew between the bird and herself, the druidess would attempt to send the image of the hurt wing into the sparrow's mind. As she waited for a response, she would go and reach into her small bag, looking for some type of seeds or bandages that may be helpful for the bird's health.

[4] When the druidess looked back ‘pon the sparrow, the image of the small bird falling and being hit by a rock from some bandit popped up into her head. She would let out a sigh from the image, continuing to prepare herself to help the bird out in any way possible. The Inferno would place everything into her bag and scoop the bird up once more, heading to her home to properly help the bird with more help.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

“So, today we are going to learn teh ability of Tunin’. Tunin’ is teh way we drui can communicate from ourselves to the flora and plants around us. Do ye’ understand what I mean?”

The young druidess would look back at The Inferno with glee within her eyes, nodding her head swiftly as she was ready “Yes, I understand what you mean!”

The Inferno would grow her ichor wisps within her eyes as she went to explain. “When it comes to communicating with one plant, ye’ must focus only upon tat plant, tryin’ to just find tat voice amongst the millions of other voices ye’ may ‘ear.”

The student would then slowly grow a green glow within her eyes, nodding her head along as she listened to her teacher, taking in every detail as she spoke.

The druidess would then speak in a softer tone “Now, look at this orchid before us,” she’d state as she gestured to the flora before them before continuing “I want ye’ to look ‘pon it, really try and focus and find tat voice amongst the rest, it may take ye’ a few moments to try and find it. Ye’ may not get it the first try, but we try again. There will always be trial and error, but tat will lead to success.” she would state with a grin towards her student.

The druidess would nod at her teacher's words, her misty gaze slowly bringing itself upon the flora, trying to focus on the plant and search through the various voices within her ears.

After some time, the druidess would continue to search before one voice stood out from the rest. She would focus a little more on said voice, taking deep breaths in before the voice sounded clearer and more audible than the rest to her. “I found the voice Inferno.”

“Perfect.” she’d state as she let out a chuckle “Now, when it comes to communicating with flora, typically, they cannot understand words we say. So, we ‘ave to communicate with pictures. Try and send an image to the flora and get a response.”

She would sit and think for a moment “An image…” she would say to herself as she would think of the image of the lands before her, trying to communicate it from herself to said flora.

At this point in the lesson, I would ask my student to take a roll d20, depending on the number, depends on if the flora itself would receive or neglect the image. If the flora is not spoken after three tries, we would take a break from that spell and try something else to focus on before returning. But, if successful, we would continue, and the flora would send an image back to her.

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

If my student were to powergame and I learned that from someone else or they, did it in front of me I would first re-read or listen to the situation at hand. If they did something quite minor, I would re-teach them the spell and how to do it properly, so it was not to happen again, and if it was with someone else, apologize for what my student had done. Now, if it was something major and way out of my control, I would get in contact with the right staff team and go on from there. It all really depends on the situation at hand.

What magic(s) will you be teaching?

             Communion

Describe this magic or a creature as a whole:

The first step when becoming a druid as a whole, the base magic we all learn is Communion. During the learning of Communion, you will learn various spells that will aid you later, like when it comes to teaching or combat. Communion is divided up into three sections: Communion, Control, and Nature Infusion. First, Communion teaches you the basics of communicating with plants and animals through beatspeak and tuning. Within Communion, you can also learn things like greensight and mapping, allowing you to see nature even without seeing it with your own eyes. There is also singing and empathy, which allows the changing of nature's song either semi-permanently or temporary. The next section is Control which consists of manipulating nature in various forms. Some may use it for moving branches or even constructing something right from the tree. Entlings, the huge tree creatures, also fall under this category. The last section is the Nature Infusion. Within this section you learn to use your abilities to essentially help druids or nature around you. If that was through powersharing or doing a dedicant's attunement for them to become a druid themselves, the bases of Nature Infusion is to use your energy and essentially infuse others or nature. Though, the spell of unattunement is not simply learned in this section unless someone who knows it teaches you it, otherwise it is not learnable until that happens. Once all spells are done and taught, the druid will basically be a master at it and be able to go on and teach it to others.

Are there different sections or subsections of magic? Can those be elaborated upon?

Communion is one of many subsections. There is also shapeshifting and blight healing. Though, unlike the other two, communion is required when you become attuned and begin to learn the magic as a whole. Shapeshifting an Blight Healing are something you can learn after learning communion as a whole, these required TAs to be able to be taught them, the student requires an MA of course.

Can you give an example of a casting emote, of a spell of your choice?

[1] The Inferno druid looked around at the animals before her as her eyes landed on the eagle before her, ichor wisps flowing from her eyes then. [2] As she began a close connection with said eagle, the druidess began to attempt a slow communication between the two as she sat patiently between the two. [3] As the two gain a stronger connection, the druidess would begin to send mental images of the nature around them to the eagle as they were communicating. A few second later, the eagle giving her more images of the surroundings before them and other parts of Almaris that were to be discoverable.

Can you give an example of a teaching-emote (interacting with another) of a spell of your choice?

"We will start off with the spell of tuning. Tuning is mostly used for the communication between plant and druid, this can tell us the feelings or even the condition of the plant. First, we must connect with ourselves and focus on the plant before yourself. You will slowly begin to muster up the connection between the two of you, once you do, it will seem like that is the only voice of nature you hear for the time being. Once your connection is secured with said plant, you will be able to communicate with itself through mental images, the plant will give you some back depending on the question of course. Once done, just lose that connection and there you go, you can talk to nature around you."

Say your student powergames during or after teaching, how do you reprimand that?

I would first, confront them of it and see what exactly they did wrong. Then, I would simply explain to them why it is wrong and how to do it right of course. If they do not learn to do it right, it will lead to them getting in trouble with staff, which we want to prevent.

Do you have a magic(s) you are dropping due to this app? If so, link it:

             No

Do you agree to keep the ST updated on the status of your magic app?:

  8. Within the deep swamps of Vortice, a young druidess sat alone, a cigar resting between her lips. A cloud of smoke slowly escaped her as she looked to the forest front of her, the image of the Kestrel stood front her. The elfess slowly rose to her feet as she rubbed her blood shot eyes, moving towards the figure. "Ye' came back..." Once in front of the man she called her mal'onn, it would simply fade from her vision. The druidess screamed in pain within the forest, her heart ached for the one she cared for.

As the lone elf made his way to the lands of the undead, a familiar elfess would meet him. The 'ame covered in traditional Tahorran tattoos, hair long and coiled, a warm smile greeting him as he entered. The memories filling her head of the time back in Elvenesse when he had just became a Puerokar, what a special day. The afternoon of his and Scarlet's wedding right below the tree she grew. These thoughts played in her head day and day out as she waited for someone she knew to welcome to the afterlife.

"You made it longer than I did. I knew you would mal'onn." spoke Tahlia ap Tahorran, giving Air a big embrace before they would move on to speak and live out the afterlife together.

"Why?" Thought the druidess within her head, "He was.. he was just 'ere.." Nailo Kanavainua  sat under the tree of her mother's grave, looking back at her own stone, before simply letting out a sigh. "I will arrange something for ye' marmal'onn, I promise. Right 'ere, with the rest of yer family." With that the elfess began to work on a new grave stone for her lost uncle.

She remembers the day she met him so clearly. At the age of five living in the Puerokar house, she always saw him as a grumpy man until it came to her learning. He even had raven hair before, the ways times change. He would joke about her not knowing her ABCs for some years, even come and talk to her from time to time, all he meant was good. The thought that only a few elven days ago, they were just playing some extreme hide and seek and spoke how much older she had gotten, little did she even know, he would not grow much longer and bloom into what was possible. So, she sobbed, she continued to cry for days and days. The druidess trapping herself in her home of Vortice for a long time...

The people of Vortice were enjoying there lovely day playing a good game of hide and seek. Everything was just like normal, no harm was to be made of, quite yet. As they continued with their games, Ornthalas was searching real hard for the hiders. Little did he know, there was a battle happening amongst them..

Air and Nailo stood on a roof, unfortunately, Nailo could not get where Air was hiding. Then... war broke out between the two! Nailo began to fight with Air, both throwing hands with each other. Nailo inched closer and closer to the edge before, WHACK! Air knocked her off the building, the druidess falling unconscious to the ground. The games were just getting a little too extreme, even for hide and seek...

Remember kids, be safe on roofs and never fight with your uncle!

This is literally for meme purposes.

  11. The young Inferno read the missive with glee; this was something she was looking forward to for her dear friend; true happiness. The elfess got to work on something special for the newlyweds, something they will sure remember in their hearts of their special day.

  12. The Inferno druidess sat against the flowing moonlit wisteria in calm as she read over the missive. The girl son after let out a sigh as she went to place a hand on her tree. "Politics corrupt this world, bringin' pain and sufferin'. Poor Lenora, I hope she is doin' well in this. I must write to 'er."

That is what the druidess exactly did, taking out her crippled paper and pencil writing away to form this note. But, another one was writen for the Maelstorm's, simply reading:

"As I read the missive sent from a good llir, you are proven to be unworhty. You speak about someone to Lenora that was close to her, but you simply do not care. What makes you a better leader than herself? please, gladly back away from this fight before I step in myself, that is a promise that will not be broken. Snobby and only want power for a nation that will fall in your hands, unworthy."

  13. The druidess walked alone in the flowering forests of Almaris as the rumors spreaders of the death of the stewardess, she would let out a sigh as she did a small prayer “I may have not known you, but I know Baz and Florida was special. For you, llir, I will send Florida to the wilds to be free. May the Aspects guide you home…”
