Hurgh grew up in the clan of Ugil’mar, which owed allegiance to the Empire of Zetzug, fathered by Hurgen and mothered by Xund. He was never particularly close to either, simply learning essential skills from both. Growing up, Hurgh was just average. Not particularly good at anything, more of a jack of all trades, which often lead to his companions assuming that he was just weak, and not fit to live in the strongest nation of orcs. He was never ostracized, per say, but never really found a specific group to join within his clan. When his companions specialized in certain trades and fighting techniques, Hurgh devoted his time equally to each skill he considered important. Doing this, he became smarter than most would expect, but nowhere near the intelligence of those who actively tried to become intelligent. In war games, Hurgh was never picked first, but never picked last either. He usually impressed his teammates with a strong sense of strategy, and was adaptable to every situation. This continued after he grew up and began leading these war games himself. However, despite numerous victories (and numerous losses), Hurgh never grew horns. This was to the disappointment of all, but Hurgh didn’t worry. Hurgh rarely worries. To Hurgh, life is simple. Just look forward to the next event, and don’t dwell on the past. Hurgh doesn’t particularly hate any race or nation, as he has encountered both enemies and friends of many different backgrounds, but he doesn’t harbor any particular liking towards them either. Hurgh doesn’t show mercy, because mercy is weakness, but he isn’t needlessly aggressive either. Hurgh is currently traveling the land of Arcas, hoping to perhaps find adventure, or a chance of fun, but not particularly looking for either.
