During the great plague and fall of the great wizard empire due north of Hanseti-Ruska! Karl II has seized the throne due to mysterious circumstances. Some believe it was a poison, some believe it was Swayde’s parents Myridia and Flint. Flint was an alchemist and was friends with Karl I at the time under the regime of Karl I. Now that Karl II has taken the position of the throne Flint and Myridia have both gone missing leaving Swayde to the blacksmith academy that was formed under Karl I’s regime. Over the course of eight years Swayde began to become maddened and battle-hardened by the strain of Karl II’s regime. During Karl II’s reign of terror Karl II proceeded to banish Swayde from the Blacksmiths academy to the bloody arenas in Hanseti-Ruska at Swayde’s twentieth birthday. However, to Karl II’s surprise... Swayde quickly educated himself from the final words of his victims over the eight year arena onslaught as he cultivated and ironed his gear preparing for arena after arena! As the mighty anvil of truth was smitten by the mighty hands of Swayde... He eventually was given opportunity to craft his very own armor and great-sword! He then proceeded to challenge wizard, elf and goblin alike! Clashing with those he even called friends! Swayde had a specific code of conduct, this conduct was to the human realm and only to the human realm alone. He swore to defeat all those who were not of his bloodline. Championed through arena after arena Swayde was known as a mighty gladiator, tactician and blacksmith whom cleaved all who opposed him except for one. Now... he has proven to Karl II he is worthy of freedom and now progresses south to Arcas to deliver a more darker channel where he will continue to prowess and champion his ideology to foe and friend alike. Rumor has it... One day Swayde hopes to return in secrecy to Hanseti-Ruska to cleave Karl II from his throne and find his parents whom were also lost due to mysterious circumstances.
