    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: using information that was said in a non roleplay chat or spoken in a discord vc. Say you ooc know how to tame a somewhat untamable beast but your character irp doesnt know how to tame it, using the info irp to magical knowing how to tame a wolf, it would be metagaming. this also goes for know where someone is ooc and using it irp or knowing how to kill something ooc and using that irp.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Acting irp as of god itself cannot strike you down, or nothing can harm you. saying you killed someone irp with an emote without leting the other person have any input is being overpowered.
    like Person a emotes *Jorius struck down her battle axe upon her foes head, breaking their skull and ending them as the force of her axe forced the now dead body to be pinned to the ground* The second person wouldent be able to take action in blocking or trying to move away.
    it should be more fair where person A says irp their character moved their axe down hoping to strike the foolish man who spoke ill of her/ then the next person can react and move or take the hit

Iritha carefully stepped off the boat from a long travel at sea, in hand she held a simple note book filled with small stories of her travel upon the sea. her eyes wander about as a grand city stands before her filled with Shops, stalls trades as well as many people as far as her eyes could see. she walked onwards towards the market as she felt quiet hungry from her travel, she was stopped by a shop selling by a finely dressed gentleman. she was greeted by his warm smile. listening calmly as he began to speak

“Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”

her voice was quiet and still "this city is quiet lovely but my wonder to such a place was caused by perhaps a new chance to grow more, perhaps to find my footing as one may say." her eyes turned to the stall handing over a few mina to the seller in return being handed a bowl of fresh stew "However such things can wait, what cannot at this time is ones stomach which is empty."
