    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Using out-of-character knowledge in-character. Example: I tell my friend though discord that my character is under attack, and my friend logs on and comes to help me, although his character didnt know anything was going on.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Emoting for someone else's character. Example: someone strikes at me, and emotes that my head falls off, without my approval

I am the son of a Batavian farmer, my brother and my mother left me. My father Harald helped me to be a man and to become a great warrior. He always said I had a good skill with the sword, but I doubt that. One day I decided to find out what happened to my brother and I found him in the woods, he had a little house and he talked to me and explained me how my mother died.. I went back to house without my brother and I talked with my father about what happened, he became mad at me for looking for my brother. He said that my brother was a traitor, but didnt tell me why. My father told me, that if I wanted to see my brother, or “traitor” as he called him. Im not welcome in his house, under his roof. So I left the house. I have traveled through Arcas. But i couldn't really find my place anywhere. I never  had a religion either, I've seen that many people dedicate their lifes to theirs, I don't really know anything about them.. since I lived in the middle of nowhere with my father, but maybe some day I will  have a religion, just like the many other humans. On my journey I've seen many creatures I didn't know existed, like giant crabs, a horse with wings (pegasus)...  I've been on the sea with some sailors for a few days, we didn't last for long on see as some kind of serpant got our ship and made it sink..  unfortunatly I am the only one who survived that day... But I wont remember the day it happened, I will always be remembered of that day, due to the scar on my face..

Some other creatures I've seen through out my journey are: Sky wales, slimes, blobs, huge spider... and spiders with skeleton heads.. 

I just arrived in the kingdom of Gladewynn. This kingdom feels like a good place for me, maybe I can start a new live here..

Physical Description: You'd see a muscular man. Arround 6ft tall, brown hair and blue eyes. He looks older than he is, he looks arround 27-ish. He has a scar on his face.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

For the following reasons,

  • Your metagaming and powergaming definitions are not quite right, please expand your definitions and add examples so it shows you understand the concepts. The following links will prove useful while making these corrections
  • Your biography is short and does not include the required pieces of lore. Make sure you make your biography at least seven complete sentences long. Make sure you add at least two pieces of lore from the server. The following links can prove useful while finding the lore you need.
  • Your description is a bit short too, make sure your description allows other players to see your character the same way you picture him in your mind!

Make sure you make these corrections on the following 24 hours

Please add at least another piece of lore as the ones you picked are the main locations research on the human race, there is so much information you can use. If you don’t have any ideas you could also mention a creature you’ve encountered on your travels.
