Dejya Quain, Zephyr of the North

She was born where she grew up for the first 8 years of her life, in Morsgrad, the previous Capital of the Norlands. Her parents were middle class, and lived above the general store they owned and operated. Her father, Bronn Quain, was a warrior until he was given a horrible knee injury and forced to retire; thus leading to the purchase and subsequent running of the store alongside his wife, Dru Quain.  After a rather turbulent birth, Dejya was born a rather sickly child, for the first 7 years of her life, she never saw anything outside of her neighborhood; only made worse when she fell from a roof and was bedbound after a dare from her elder brother, Bronn Quain the second.

Shortly after, Bronn left to pursue a life in the military, and the rest of the Quain family moved to Varhelm, leaving Dejya to her schooling in a new city. Through her teachings, though she greatly lacked in other studies, she quickly gained an interest in herbalism and the stories that lead to their discoveries. From here, her wish was born, albeit shrouded in the naiveite of childhood, but she wished to see every corner of the earth. She started putting effort into classes she presumed to be necessary, exhibiting the most forethought that she would possess in her life, and by age 12 Dejya then baffled everyone by forsaking her family's Paragon Eirik 'the Great', and instead took the mantle of Tyr 'the Raven', swearing to the Allfather that she would do her utmost to Spread the Flame in her journeys.

At the age of 17, she left her house with nothing but a satchel and the family's dagger, given to her by her mother. Her family let her go with tears, none of them truly understanding, but supporting regardless. The next years were an odd mixture of foraging and parties. Breezing through every town, with a charming smile as she asks for local lore,  and attending a few gatherings, some minor trespassing, Dejya leaves as swiftly as she arrives, leaving nothing behind but fond memories and a symbol of Tyr.  Her flighty habits eventually made her known as another name "Zephyr of the North" for the breeze she blew as she passed through.

It wasn't all good feelings though. There was the instance of the burned art gallery, one of which was definitely an accident, the others... not so much , and the few times she lost her temper to a wandering lord, let's also talk as little as possible of the multiple crevasses she has accidently fallen in. Also, as her movements are unknown even to her, she hasn't talked to her family in years. Running into fellow Norlanders have become some of the major highlights from her travels, but she refuses to subcome to the home sickness. Now, at the age of 25, she feels as if she has hardly even begun her journey.  Though several notebooks have been filled out, there is still many more pages left to write; and maybe one day the breeze will have to come to a rest, but until then, her eye is on the horizon.
