    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using advantages and knowledge your character wouldn't know to gain an advantage in game. Also communicating with friends information that your character in game wouldn't know to gain an advantage.
    Basically obtaining knowledge out of the game your character wouldn't know and using that as an advantage in any way.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Forcing emotes, giving characters traits or characteristics that otherwise wouldn't fit them. Using an unrealistic or unfair/godly action. Ignoring effects of any disabilities etc. etc.
