Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"Ah- My story isn't much to tell... I'm just a simple blacksmith looking for a place to settle down and set up shop. Also thank you, but I'll pass. If I may inquire, what are you exactly doing?"
Void said as he stayed standing near the door. He was a blacksmith in a land known as Oyashima, but his forge was taken over after his father's passing.Void's father had loved making weapons for the military, but passed due to heart complications. Void didn't know who his mother was as he never got to meet her or know her name and he was the only child in the family. He had no choice but to leave the forge and set off because the forge was seized by the military and he had no permission to be there.
Now, Void is here and he looks around taking note of everything around, but he had become curious about the woman in front of him.
