• Your Character Biography states that your character's parents are high elf and human. That mix together would make your character a half elf, not a halfling! I do reccomend reading through the races section of the wiki.

• Your Personality Traits/Quirks need to include at least one significant negative trait. This can be anything that is a fault in their personality.

• To address your question, magic is sought out in roleplay; after finding a teacher, doing the proper roleplay for whatever that magic requires, you may submit an MA (Magic Application) and begin to learn that magic under guidance and proper roleplay. How your character's class and the magic they pursue mesh together is really depends on the magic you pick. I'd say, once you've found a teacher, as them more about it in depth.
