Derek Blacksun comes from a family of monster hunters up from up north (Highlanders) and is well trained in many form’s of martial arts and is well trained with a sword and whip. Derek has been looking for a teacher to teach him Voidal Shifting magic as to further enhance his hunter abilities .Derek was trained from a young age by his father and he was taught manners and how to be polite by his mother. At the age of 18 his father passed away due to sickness leaving his brother, his mother and himself alone. His father left behind for Derek a sword-Kind of like a cutlass which is a golden colour with a brown leather handle, in which he carries around with him wherever he may go. His only brother Brandon was like his best friend growing up and he would do anything for his brother. He would often spar and train alongside his younger brother. Derek does not have any sort of religion or god that he believes in or prays to and is now currently wandering the realm of Arcas looking for monsters that he can slay. Derek’s first creature that he hunted at the age of 10 was a Greymane Boar and he defeated it by using its weakness and he made it get stuck in a tree where he could then easily attack it. Derek now traveling at the age of 25 looking for a teacher to train him in magic is also trying to track down “The Huntsmen as to join their ranks even though he has been trained for years in the way of the hunter he looks to further his knowledge and skill by joining them and learning for them.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

  • Your biography is great, however, you cannot create characters already knowing how to perform magic. Magic is a large portion of our server lore and can only be acquired through roleplay and with an approved magic application on our forums Please remove this from your backstory. In addition, your biography does not include at least two references to our server lore. You can easily access all our lore through our wiki. Try including an important event, or a town your persona has visited before.

 

Hey there Aidanator14! Your application is well written and for the most part done well, with the exception of a few but minor mistakes. However, they can be fixed with a couple of tweaks and you’ll be set for being accepted onto the server! With that, you have 24 hours to make the necessary changes needed.
