You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Oh i didn't know someone was waitng for me, that's...odd but oh well" Sits on the cushion as i pull an apple, eating and swallowing it piece by piece "Hmph- Sorry, it's been a long walk for me, been two weeks of walking. So, My story? Well there's not much to say, other than i'm the oldest of my siblins and-" Chews a new bit of the apple as i swallow it again "Hmph- my parents, who are farmers, had a bad crop in these recent months, so to avoid further mouths to feed, they sent me to my merryway, saying that i should have a brighter future if i go alone in the world... They said that my skills as an amateur explorer would come in handy, so i took the bait and ran with it." Finishes my apple as i put the rest of the apple in my backpack.
"Come to think of it, my parents never enjoyed my company, since i was 6, even if i helped with my heart the whole farm. Ungratefull bastards...But oh well, i'm doing something that i do enjoy a lot, which is exploring new lands and meeting new people."
"I don't know much about my surroundings due to my parents always deal with these type of things, but i believe i'll be able to survive and find a place to stay, don't you think?"
