How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using knowledge obtained through out of character sources and using it in-character when your character should not know any of it, so just using OOC knowledge IC
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is forcefuly taking control and commiting actions that dont give the other player a chance to react or do something about it like saying "I cut off your arm with my sword" and leaving it at that
