You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

*As I take a seat I begin to speak* "Hello miss they call me Eroan, I am a high elf traveling these parts in search of my lost family." *my voice trailing off slightly* "During the calamity almost a year ago I was separated from my family. I miss them dearly but fear the worst. I have heard word of a town full of high elves and am hoping to find my family there. If not then hopefully I can find some leads about there whereabouts." *speaking unsurely* "Traveling among the other races has made me uncomfortable but has exposed me to new and unique cultures." *I take a long sigh* "I'm not sure I shall ever find my family. I am mostly looking for a place to belong. Just a steady job would be nice but as of late my fortunes seem to worsen and worsen..."
