• I’d recommend re-reading the definitions of both Meta-gaming and Power-gaming. Both of your definitions appear to be wrong and show a somewhat lack of understanding regarding the actual meaning of the terms. Make sure to apply your knowledge more efficiently and try to add some examples that could be representing each.
• Your Character Biography seems to have a good story-line, however, It is lacking with regards to relevant information from LotC- It does not seem to include the mandatory (1) lore piece from the LotC Wiki. This could include, city names, religions, et cetera.
• Your Character Biography includes a single piece that does not make any logical sense nor fits with the lore of LotC- “I am able to change the color of my eyes to confuse the law when they look for someone with my eye color at the time. it is very hard to do and requires time to focus and the effects are only temporary, but in the short time it lasts it is very effective.” I would recommend removing that piece from the biography.
