He was born and raised Krugmar, mainly by his father, who tried to teach his son the basics of life from child's youth, including fighting, the use of weapons, as well as hunting. He also tried to develop their faith in him, so the two of them always made an offering to the Spirit of the Hunt, Votar, who thanks to this became the main object of worship for the young orc. Years passed and so, one day Worthag was to reach the age of maturity, his father decided to put him to the test to see if he was worthy to officially be called an adult orc. He was to do the hunting himself, and get as much and as good trophies as possible. However, while hunting in the forest, Worthag encountered a band of mercenaries, with whom, despite being brought up young to be a warrior, would not stand a chance. Therefore, he was easily stunned and captured. When he woke up, he was already being transported in some carriage, probably in order to be sold as some kind of slave. However, one night, when nearly everyone was sleeping, he barely managed to escape, barely, because he made such a noise that some mercenaries set off in pursuit of him. After running for a good few minutes, he hid among the vegetation of the forest, so that he managed to lose the chase, but had to continue pushing along. After moving for a while, he found that nothing threatened him at the moment. Through this whole situation, he discovered that he did not completely understand the surrounding territory, where he currently was. He wanted to return home as soon as it was possible, but he knew that in this state he could not. If he came back now, he might bring shame to his father, and he would not recognize him as a true orc. Therefore, he decided that until he achieved something heroic, he would not make it back home.
