    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: You are metagaming when your character becomes aware of something that he really should not know. If you die from being attacked and respawn, you should not know how you died or that you're being attacked. On GMOD they just called it FailRP.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: You are powergaming by performing unrealistic feats or actions that would not be accurate, so if you get injured and don't RP it because you're already healed then you would be metagaming.
