Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
The old man sits slowly down with the help of his walking stick, tired of his old bones slandering through the swampy town, while analysing the woman back. He shakes his head and stutters a bit. "Who are you and who told you I was coming? Anyways, you see I'm a old man, originally trained as a goldsmith and merchant. My grandfather owned a goldsmith's shop. It was passed down to his my father, and later to Me. My children didn't want the bank, so I sold it. I'm pursuing intrapreneurship and act as an agent for various companies, mainly in chartered trades of all kinds. But I already achieved almost everything he desired. My last wish is to rise from the gentry class to the nobility"
