    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is when a character knows something that would be impossible for them to know, for example if someone puts in a bio that tehey are allergic to water and no one knows that; yet my character throws water
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is when my character is basically invicible, doing things that make it impossible for others to hurt me or have a chance against me.
