You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Me, you were expecting me? Well don't mind if do. *Clears his throat and spits outside before letting himself fall on the cushion and crossing his legs* But i assure you my story is quite unremarkable ma'am. I was a soldier, just a regular boy when i was drafted not much older than 19 i think, they took me because the life of toil and plow had made me strong as an ox. After some killing for some rich folks i'd never meet and a place i would never see the beauty of, i got sick of it. Decided to leave my band and go back to the family farm, Except they're wasn't anything but ash and hanged people, *He grumbles angrily* my people. I couldn't make anything out of what happened except for patches of dried blood and one dead orc. I am sure my Pa put up a good fight, probably why that sucker had a broken arm and he was cleaved in half. *he laughs* Yeah, so i picked up the family sword up from a mound of ash and i'm still a chasing the foul greenskins responsible." *he crosses his arms with a strict frown.*
