    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: The best way I can explain this, is that metagaming is when you take/gain information and use it to cheat/unfairly use it to your advantage in the roleplay. Or another way to explain is when a player hear or find out information that, the in game character didn't take time to find out or learn causing the character to skip the days or time to find out in roleplay life.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power gaming is when a player unfairly does a action where the other player has no choice in. Another way to explain is when a player is using powerful moves that instantly cuts the chance of another player roleplaying in the fight.

Ps. I read how the elf skin should be, I really don't want to change my orange hair,

I have a lot of history on why her hair is orange outside of roleplay from over the years 

of doing roleplay my character always had orange hair. It makes me feel proud and out

of the normal. I really want to keep it and roleplay the best I can I tried so hard to fill this out

and I really want to be accepted so please may I keep my orange hair, if not I will accept it and 

try to change my mindset on not having orange hair. =)
