Matthias pauses mid-step and his face goes bright red. He was not expecting someone to talk to him this early in his trip, especially out of everyone else exiting the boat.

"Oh! Um... Thank you for the warm welcome. I simply came to explore this wonderous place and to hopefully meet new people."

After quickly whispering those words, Matthias quickly scuttles off and merges with the crowd.
