Alright there is only a few changes I would request you make to your application.

I. The first thing I would request you do is find a new skin, as a High Elf wouldnt look like that with the servers Lore, If you need help with that heres a skin thread to help you  https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/topic/161821-the-lotc-skin-archive/?tab=comments#comment-1528951 

 

 

II. The second thing I would like you to change would be to use current lore from this map heres the wiki for some help https://wikia.lordofthecraft.net/index.php?title=Main_Page I also notice you picked High Elf which means if you are going to be 28 remember that is still a Child in their culture, they are not an adult till 50. Vailor was two maps ago, so I do not believe your elf would be 28.
