Having grown up in the slums of Varhelm, Einar hasn't had very much throughout his life, but he hasn't wanted anything more either. He was raised by his older brother and never knew who his parents were, or what happened to them. His brother was never the most caring and had a temper that was occasionally taken out on Einar through throwing him into closets, alleys, or thorn bushes. However, he provided for Einar and was good at keeping him safe, and looked out for him. It was also because of his brother that he doesn't really follow the Red Faith. His brother would always curse the Allfather, and didn't believe in the ‘spreading of the flame'. He would always say the world is better with a little less fire. Despite his brother's negativity, the two of them had a strong bond and had a lot of fun running through the streets of Varhelm together. Einar has a lot of good memories from his childhood, which made the abandonment from his brother sting all that much more. The day after his eighteenth birthday, after having celebrated by drinking the night away with his brother, he awoke to an empty room and his brother gone. He spent the next two years in search of his brother throughout Varhelm and surrounding areas, hoping and waiting for him to come back. He never did. Einar decided on his 20th birthday, two years after his brother left, that he needed to start his own life. He's never left Varhelm all his life, and this was the biggest step he ever took, exerting all the courage he had. He wasn't going to find what he was looking for staying at Varhelm and wanted to leave the noise and complexity of the city, so he decided to move to the nearby County of Elysium and hoped to find out what kind of a man he was to become among the peaceful serenity of the quaint town. He's been living in Elysium for two years and kept to himself all this time. So much so, that it wouldn't be surprising if no one recognized him. But at 22, he decided that he needs to better integrate himself into Elysium society if he is to find what the world holds in store for him.

Taken aback by how loud the man accosted him, Einar needed a second to understand what he was asking him. Once he understood, he quietly responds, "Wealth. I'm here to find wealth." He quickly heads further into the market before the gentleman can follow up on his question.
