Valentine seems to be slightly taken aback by his sudden approach, before smiling warmly in return. "Thank you for your welcome, good sir. I'm brought here by the winds of adventure! Though, if I'm slightly more specific, it's probably the rumbling of my stomach that drew me near." She laughs softly, bouncing lightly on the balls of her bare feet, dirty from the busy streets. "Might you have any idea where I could find a bite to eat? It's been a rather long ride upon the boat!"
*Insert emote of the man directing her to a tavern or restaurant of some kind.*
"Thank you very kindly! My name's Valentine, by the way. But since you were so nice to me- you could call me Val! Or Vally. Or really anything you like, you seem like a good person to be friends with." She giggles with sincerity, her ears wiggling somewhat. "How would you feel about joining me for lunch? Or- I should probably get your name first. All the same, let's be off!" She would lead the way with enthusiasm, unfazed by the bustling crowds and multitude of voices as she focused on the task of finding the most delicious food she could.
