    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when a player uses unrealistic powers. Powers the player should not have, as opponents won't be able to "respond/defend" themselves. It could be if a player wears a full armor, which normally would result in difficulties when moving around,

Growing up with High Elves had its pros and cons. My parents respected the culture and laws above everything else. For me it meant, having a hard education - both in literature and combat. Knowledge is, after all, an important skill to have.
I was a curious kid, wanting to learn and see everything. But my parents isolated me from other races. They did not want me to socialize with anyone else than their own. As they valued purity highly. I always thought this was ridiculous. Why couldn't we interact and live with other races?
I have always had a love for nature. Growing up I spent a lot of my time in the nature. I was lucky though. Being allowed to have most of my combat training in the nature, which has given me a benefit when combatting against others in terrain. My favorite weapon is of course my bow and arrows.
However, I did not have many friends when growing up. The others on my age found me strange and different, because of my way of seeing things. I did care of what others thought of me. I knew they thought strangely of me, and it often hurt my feelings.
I was a smart elf though. Smarter than most. And one day, I decided to leave. I left my home to get away from all of them.
I wanted to find a place, where I could settle down with others like me.
It was at that point my long journey began. Little did I know of the challenges waiting for me.

Character Age: 173
Physical Description: Rosella is a beautiful, tall elf. Has white, long hair and shiny light blue eyes. With her gorgeous smile, she spreads happiness wherever she goes.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
