    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is the use of information that you would not have in roleplay. Ex: Your friend tells you he is getting attacked through discord, and then you go to his location to help him.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is the act of roleplaying unfairly by doing unrealistic or absurd actions. Ex: Roleplaying that your skin can stretch and punching someone from 20 feet away.

Sha'deeq looks at the gentleman, in awe at his attire. "Hello, I've just come to explore. I'm new to this land", replies Sha'deeq. The man grins at this, which Sha'deeq took note of. "Well, if you're new I can give you a tour around the continent. I know a ton of regents and kings and princes, if you pay the fee of 100 gold I can give you the experience of your life". Sha'deeq, new but not dumb, gives a dissaproving head shake. "You are trying to take advantage of me because I am foreign.. you are a scam artist", he says before walking off hastily. The man tries to chase after him, and even goes as far as grabbing his arm. Sha'deeq puts his hand on his sheathed sword and gives the man a look, before walking away once again. The man, with an angry look on his face, goes back to his original spot to find a new victim.
