    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using player/out of character knowledge that your character wouldn't know in game.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Forcing the game/interaction to go in your favor aka demanding another player lose a limb or their life instead of getting the other party's consent/letting the other party decide what their character does/how they react. Powergaming "I stab Diane!" vs not powergaming "I attempt to stab Diane!"

Aenwyn barely hears the man at first, enamored and awed by the bustle of the marketplace in front of her but as her mind catches up to her senses the young wood elf startles slightly and turns the to man quickly. "What? Oh! It is quite lovely isn't it?" She starts off, a gentle smile on her face, "To answer your question, I'm not entirely sure! I hopped on that ship over there and followed it's path to here really!" She continues honestly, she truly didn't know why she was here. She just wanted to travel, to see the world. "This is my first stop since I've left home mister, but I'm sure it won't be my last!" She finished, her eyes falling upon a rather colorful merchants stall. "Well, it was nice to meet you mister, bye!" She waved as she practically hopped over to the stall.

When joining, the bot may be down that normally automatically whitelists you after the acceptance of your application. So, please go into the wandering soul channel (#ws) and ask for a Community Team Member to accept you!
